We eat in all the time. Today we got it to go. What a huge rip-off if you get it to go. Where is the manager to make sure there is consistency? What a waste for a $16 burger meal.
Loved the experience! Even though we visited 30 minutes prior to closing, our fod was fresh and delicious! The service was top notch! We were not made to feel rushed even though I'm sure they were ready for us to leave so they could close up for the night. Definitely recommend this location to anyone e looking for great food and great service!
We got here about an hour and a half before it closed & we didn't feel rushed by the waitstaff. The burgers were definitely good. The gripes I have is that we asked for a medium burger & we got a well done burger. & we also were never gave anymore fries once we finished ours. I know that isn't a big deal, but that's why we love the bottomless side aspect of Red Robin.
It’s a good burger. It’s pricey for a small burger and they serve the swiss cheese and mushroom burger is a bit messy. They slap the mushroom around the buns. Next time I will just go in Jack in the box. It’s cheaper and with the drink and a good curly fries.
I was disappointed on my last visit. Usually the burgers are very good, but not this particular time. I ordered a whiskey river BBQ burger. I asked them to hold the mayo. I received my burger with mayo on it. I told my server, she apologized and returned it to the kitchen. I received my new burger within several minutes, which was great. This time my burger did not have any BBQ sauce on it. Instead of having the server return the burger again, I decided just to eat it, I was hungry, and my friend was halfway through his burger. I put A1 sauce on it. It was OK, but it was not very good, and it wasn't what I ordered. Anyhow, the service I received was very good and friendly. Unfortunately, the burger wasn't the same as the service. Not sure if I will be returning anytime soon. It's a shame, because I've always had a good meal there in the past.
Food was bland. Not sure how you make food taste so much like nothing. Honestly should have sent it back. But with how terrible the service was, it seemed like a complete waste of time to even bother. Hostess was rude. Server paid us no attention. Appetizers food and drinks came out at the same time. Cold, hard, and soggy. Not to mention it took 15 min to even ask us for our order and another half hour for it to get there at least. I don’t typically write bad reviews but this is definitely needed.
I bought some mr. Beasts burgers from here and not only did my food arrive late, there was no meat patty on a simple two burger order. There's no way to get a hold of them to give a refund because this is not worth 40.00 dollars. Very poor service, will contact my bank to give a refund.
Our server Angie was super nice and very accommodating. Our food was awesome, made the way we wanted. I would have given 5 stars but the young blond haired hostess was rude. No welcome, no smile, no anything. Looked like she hates her job. Glad we stayed anyways, we would have missed out on a wonderful lunch.
I was trying to be healthy (as you can be at red robin) and I ordered the "Keep it Simple" burger with the veggie patty. I was second guessing myself after ordering, wondering if I would be let down. Buy I have to tell you, I was very surprised by how delicious it was! And I didn't feel so guilty after eating it. This will be my new burger.
Food was ok, it's what you expect from a chain restaurant nothing bad but nothing that stands out. Reasonable food for the price. The reason I give it 5 stars is because our server Rachel who attended to us on 02/05/22 at around 3pm... she was a joy for us, everything was quick and was always on top of things. Very thoughtful in what we needed and happy to be around.. thank you
