The Salmon New Orleans is absolutely fabulous, have ordered it many times. I liked the fried Brussels sprouts, maybe cut back somewhat on the seasoning though. Baked potato was warm but not hot enough, this seems to be a recurring issue when I dine at the Surprise location. Someday I may order crab legs again but not now because they are too expensive....at every restaurant!
Food was excellent. Service was excellent as well. Waitress was very attentive and thought of everything we might need in advance.
We had reservations but were still crammed into a small booth or we would have had to wait 40 minutes. We went the good back & it still came out wrong. The manager had no interest in assisting us. We will not be returning.

Celebrated my birthday at the bar counter, had the best drinks, lobster bisque, stuffed mushrooms, and a lobster topped baked potato. The bartender made me up some ice cream to top it off
It was fine.The facility was clean. The bathroom was clean. There service was fast. The food was plain and lacked flavor. The house salad was plain. I hadn't been to a Red lobster in over a decade. This visit reminded me why. The food was average and the price was too high. It's funny how this restaurant is owned by the same group that owns Olive Garden and the two restaurants can be so far apart when it comes to the food quality. I've never had a bad meal at an Olive Garden. I'll probably never go back to a red lobster.
placed an order for pickup and only received half of the order. I tried calling to speak with the manager 4 times, waited on hold for 40 minutes, 10 minutes each call. Finally had to go back to the restaurant to speak with a manager. Was told to call back the next day. Worst customer service ever. Go anywhere but here
Went here for a special occasion. There was a wait but it was Friday and it wasn't really too long. Our server was amazing. He was super friendly, would check up on us during the lulls in the conversation, which was really nice and respectful. The food was good and brought all at once (personally I dislike when the food is staggered and someone is left waiting while everyone has their food). I would recommend this location over most others.
