I just got a chicken sandwich from his store. I got it fast. The guy who took my gave friendly and efficient service. Keep using your great personality at work (helps when working fast food). The young lady that took my money and gave me my food was just as friendly. Sorry I didn't get your names but Im sure management will know. I was in drive thru approximately 3:50p. Thanks you two and keep up the good work!
Whatever change this location made has really made a difference. Orders used to take 20+ minutes to complete, and now they consistently have your food ready before you’ve even finished filling up your drink cup. Orders have shifted from being “usually wrong” to always correct, and of high quality. I’m happy to see this store make such a turn around, and to continue to sustain it. Everyone here is friendly and on top of it.
So as you can tell from the picture Popeyes decided to give me fried to hard popcorn shrimp instead of the butterfly shrimp I ordered. I live in Buckeye so imagine getting all the way home to this. I was very disappointed but I will say corporate did make it right and refunded me.
Very disappointed. I brought my family to this Popeyes tonight, and I won't ever go back. $64 and change later, we were missing 2 chicken sandwiches and 2 French fries. Wasn't offered any sauce for the chicken or shrimp we ordered, wasn't given or offered honey for our biscuits, and the shrimp still had shell on them. I tried one of my kids chicken nuggets and almost got sick after one bite. I went back for the missing food and the cashier quietly (in this busy restaurant) kept asking for my chicken sandwiches to be made. They helped everyone else in the restaurant and served everyone else before they gave me my already paid for sandwiches. I have never written a review before but everything was so terrible I felt I needed to. Lesson learned. I hope it gets better because I used to like going to Popeyes occasionally. But now I won't ever go back. They won't answer the phone to address my concerns and now going over our order I realized that all of our meals were supposed to come with French fries and nobody received fries with their combos. I feel robbed.
This place needs a real crew that works as a team I’ve worked in the fast food industry most my life and my crew which were high school kids were amazing not disrespectful and on their phones I live in buckeye so it’s hard to even get home before my food is cold and then getting home to find out the money I just spent on food for my family isn’t completely in the bag with the world we live in now with money being so tight in families can we just get what we paid for? And calling to tell a manager is almost completely non existent these kids shouldn’t b working in this store they need a new crew I won’t b coming back
I was so disappointed. I haven't been to Popeyes in a very long time and was really looking forward to it. We had that Tackle Box because the ad on TV look like great trim they were dry tasteless they had no dipping sauce to give us and there's very few. And the potatoes and gravy which is one of my favorite you were lucky to get gravy to cover maybe half the potato. It just makes me feel sad cuz I used to love going to Popeye's but I'm not sure I'll go back again.
Another bad experience at this Popeyes franchise. One thing is always consistent is cold chicken. Tonight they decided to do on the job training with yet another drive through trainee. You know the ones who never get your order correct. There were only two cars in front of us but it took ten minutes before we attempted to give this trainee our tiny order. My wife ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo without mayo but was told they ran out of Diet Coke. So she decided to not order the combo. I ordered the tenders mild but ended up with spicy anyway along with cold fries I never ordered. The food was not fresh and had been sitting around for awhile. It was dried out and disgusting ?So I don’t recommend this Popeyes to anyone. There is no supervision, the quality of their food stinks, and honestly whoever owns this franchise needs to hire a real manager if they’re not willing to keep an eye on their business. This is not the first time the food was cold and our order was screwed up. Please stay away from this place and hopefully the next owner will care.
Always a great experience when dining at this location or using the drive thru option. Definitely re moments d the chicken tenders, mashed potatoes, and their cheesy Mac and cheese with that crispy grilled cheese that makes it that much tastier. Always appreciate that extra tender or two it makes that much of a difference making it easy to go back again and again.
This is my favorite Popeyes in the city. They are not all the same! Most of my visits are at lunch time. For 90% of my visits, the food is fresh; aka as hot. Along with that, the staff are friendly & polite. Drive through at times has a line but the service and food is worth the wait.All of the above keeps this store as my fav when in the area.
The worst experience , i Waugh a huge line to order my food when I got to the window the told me I need to wait 7 minutes I turn out in 20 minutes. I ask for sauce and they say they don’t have at the moment. I ask for my receipt and the say they are out I ask if instead my cinnamon apple pie can I get a cookie they say they out
