When I order directly from app ; on the official pizza hut app Im under the assumption I would get a pizza hut employee delivering the pizza… Nope it’s doorDash. Never going to pick delivery again if they’re going to be contracting out deliveries to third parties. I’m trying to support employees that are officially on Pizza Hut payroll but it seems like Pizza hit themselves don’t want the support.
Ordered here 3 separate times for delivery, each time they messed up my order or was missing half of it or part of it wasn't even what I ordered and waaayyy past the estimated delivery time. Each time I called, could never get through and got hung up on. Why have a phone if your never going to answer it pizza hut!?!?! For decoration!? DONT EVER ORDER DELIVERY IF YOU WANT YOUR ENTIRE ORDER AND RECIEVED CORRECTLY AND HOT. DEAR MANAGER, DO BETTER AND BE BETTER BECAUSE THIS IS RIDICULOUS!
Used delivery. While pizza came in a short amount of time, both boxes were soaked with grease. It appeared that the delivery guy did not sit the pizzas on an even surface- like he probably placed the bag in the passenger seat of his car. nearly half of the crusts of both pizzas were soggy and stuck to the box. Very disappointed because we love your pizza! Yes the driver was given a 20% tip too! Please teach your delivery people the proper way to transport a pizza!!
Restaurant forgot wings with the order had to go back and get them. Person behind the counter was dismissive but found the wings. Pepperoni was added on the pizza even though it was only supposed to be sausage. By the time I realized about the no wings and went back and got them everything was cold and not tasty.
Greetings I had the pleasure of going to this pizza hut place after I left the military base. The pizza was fresh and made to order as I had placed. Wish it was drenched in olive oil...on the crust....lol....but the pizza was great no complaints great customer service.wait time was 10.15 mins would go back. Thanks
I understand it was busy in New Years Eve . The store was very busy and ran out of some ingredients but still took the time to complete my order. It was 30-45 minutes wait but I was satisfied with the pizza. We were offered/given a refund. I like this store, I generally pick up here or deliver from the Buckeye store or eat in at the Glendale afb location. Thank you so much.
Nothing. I will never order from this location ever again!Pizza was delivered cold and BURNT! Both pizzas had NO sauce even after ordering extra on both. Had to physically return the pizzas to the store as calling the store was received with an auto hang up every time. Employee was rude and uncaring in any way. This used to be a nice location. Nery disappointed, will never order again.
Food was 67 mins past delivery time Pizza was cold, pasta was dry and hardly any sauce. Tried to call the local store but would get hung up on . Never got anything resolved. Will never order from here again!
Store Manager Alexis was extremely friendly and courteous... She thoroughly explained their specials while taking care of my order right away. She even took care of an old store credit that disappeared from their system to save me some extra money. I will definitely recommend her location to everyone living in the area or to anyone passing by.
I ordered curbside and when I arrived and called to let the Pizza Hut workers know I was outside I was hung up on 3 times. I had to get out and got in and wait in line. Also, when I got home I discovered my order was not correct. My order of wings was partially fulfilled:((
