Extremely slow service. Ordered on app, which said pizza would be ready in 25-30 minutes. 56 minutes later, it is still not ready. Store is too small for the volume of orders they take. They need to either expand, or slow down on the volume of orders since they can’t keep up.

Love the food HATE the delivery service. I pressed NO CONTACT and still have the delivery guy coming up and asking me questions. I politely asked the delivery guy to leave our food on the porch since our family is COVID+. I do not appreciate him asking if I’m sure I have the correct total, sir you literally have the receipt, and I’m trying to deal with my dogs—one of which is trying to attack you. Not sure what I can tell you other than whatever was charged from the app. I also pressed NO CONTACT for both of our safety so I don’t understand why he keeps trying to approach my door. Not sure if this is a new practice for Papa Johns Delivery people to persistently ask for an “extra tip”. I don’t know what the tip was, or why you won’t leave my house till you get a “few extra dollars”. Thankfully he must of gotten bored with me consistently repeating “whatever was charged through the app is what we paid for” from my security door. I’m just trying to get my food without giving you COVID and a lawsuit from my dog rushing on you.And when I tried to voice my frustration to the store, you can’t get ANYONE. When the automated message asks if you would like to speak to someone press 5, IT HANGS UP
Worst PJ ever. Last time my order took an hour and a half to be delivered. This time my pizza was cold. They used to have really good service until recently. I tip extremely well and have always had great delivery drivers except last time he didnt have plates, parm, or any napkins. What happened to the service?
Ordered at 1810 and it is now 1907. The automated system says my pizza is still being made and if you call and press 5 to speak to a real person, it just hangs up the call. I guess lousy service is the new normal.

Not that PJ is anything special to begin with, but this location used to be pretty good for several years until recently. The last 3 orders have been wrong, terribly wrong. Last week I had to call for 2 hours to chase down the delivery person to get my change from them, and this week, I had to call and chase downy food again, as it said delivered with no delivery, then finally got it 40 minutes later, only to be wrong again.Yes, yes, I know, shame on me for even falling for this nonsense for so long, I just refused to believe it had actually gotten that bad. It has. So long Papa John's, I can legitimately say I can't wait to see the storefront with a new business in it.
