usually this location is very on top of their orders however the last order i made with them (through the app) was accepted before their carry out hours closed, then upon going to pick it up the doors were locked and phone calls went straight to an automated “this location is closed…” message, even though their hours list 11pm as actual closing time for delivery orders. i pressed random buttons and was actually sent through and the employee was very flippant and weird about it to the point where i almost felt bad until i remembered they are supposed to be taking delivery orders still at this time anyway. i was apologetic and explained my mistake , placing a carry out order that was estimated to be ready a little after they closed for carryout specifically - though let me emphasize again, they were not fully closed and should at least have been answering phone calls. so yeah weird experience this time to say the least.

A papa johns that knows how to make a well done pizza. I order my usual when working other locations and it's a kiddie pool in the middle of my pizza. Thank you! Order arrived 20 minutes early.

I ordered a large cheese pizza with garlic parm crust. My two young daughters loved it!And it's a good thing they did! Otherwise, I would have only given this place a 1☆ Review.The other pizza I ordered was a total disappointment!I ordered a Medium, "505 Hatch Green Chile's" pizza.I didn't expect the pizza to have the actual "505 Hatch Green Chile's" slopped by the spoonful onto my pizza. It was so gross! It looked disgusting and it tasted awful!The pizza also came with pepperoni on it as well.I'm nor sure if something was wrong with the pepperoni itself or...if it just went horribly with this already horrible pizza? But It too drifted wa-ay to far off course for my taste palates liking.I do NOT recommend ordering this particular pizza EVER!It was a total waste of $20, as I ended up throwing that whole pizza away! Not even the crust was salvageable on this one.

Manager is awful. Food was inedible at best. I will NEVER order from any franchises owned or managed by Jody. The service both here and at the Dysart location was horrendous. Ordered extra pepperoni and sausage. Food was dry and burnt. Go to Dominoes. I will from here on out. Shame I can't give zero stars.

Ordered online delivery. Pizza was delivered in a timely fashion. A couple minutes after pizza was delivered, my doorbell rang and thought it was the delivery driver.It was my neighbor coming to tell me the delivery driver had urinated in front of my house, then proceeded to touch and deliver my pizzas. This has to be some kind of code violation, right??Called to complain to the manager who pretty much told me to go eff myself and if I called again he would call the police.Had to call the complaint line to file an official complaint and demand a refund at the very least. Pretty surreal experience.

My order was over 1 Hr late.Did not receive any notifications or confirmation of my order leaving or updated ETA.Made order at 1:28PM / order arrived at 2:31PM.And when the order finally arrived my pizza was cold. Along with my other items. And my pizza was not even cut all the way in some areas. Very disappointed, I’ve been ordering here for a while not but it seems the quality and service has gone down significantly.

Mostly crust and few toppings right in middle. Stopped ordering from here and thought I’d try again. Very disappointed.

Second time I order delivery and wait time is 45 minutes which is fine. But I end up waiting 2 hours. I called the restaurant and they said the driver was around the corner. That was false I ended up waiting another 30 mins. Terrible wait time you’re better off going to pick it up or going somewhere else .

Papa Johns - horrible service! Great pizza if you can get it!1. Online they showed 6:15 delivery. Called at 6:30pm they said - it's ready we just don't have drivers. Asked for manager "Catarina" (the manager) responded with ... yea we're short on drivers for 2 weeks - I said you guys need to get your online delivery time figured out it says it would be ready at X time this is the second time this happened ... please cancel this her response - OK.. no I'm sorry no nothing.2. I get COVID and government handouts - no one wants to work... but really there's no customer service from Papa Johns.. this is the second order in 2 months I cancelled for this same reason. The order in October was 1 hour later - never said anything - the order in December pizza was COLD - never said anything... this is just ridiculous.

This evening I had the misfortune of dealing with a manager at the pebble Creek location by the name of Jody, who was very rude to me throughout my entire experience. He seemed to be a bit perturbed because I didn’t want to use the automated system and talk with someone that I most likely could not understand their English. When I told him I would rather order with him he put me on hold for over two minutes for no reason. He had the audacity to tell me that it slow down production whenever someone doesn’t want to use the system. He also told me that I may want to consider getting their app. I told him that was a my decision to consider their app, and that I could make said decision without him… and I didn’t ask him for such information. When he came back to the phone he had an inappropriate, bothered with me, tone and was unprofessional, in the way he spoke to me. I asked for some toppings to be on half of my pizza but conveniently when I got home all of the toppings were on the entire pizza. That was not what I ordered. I asked if he could replace the pizza and send someone to bring it as I had been inconvenienced. He said no and that there was no one to do that. He never apologized for my inconvenience or the fact that I was unhappy with my experience. I had to drive back and get another pizza which did not look appetizing at all and seemed a little dry as well. I asked to speak with him so that I could thank him for at least replacing the pizza but he refused to come and talk with me. He told the young lady at the front desk that’ll tell me he was swamped, very busy. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to know that he was lying to me. I will never use that particular Papa John’s again. I am very displeased with what happened and I would not recommend going there to anyone. ?☹️??
