Ordered early in the day for delivery. They said it would be 30 to 35 minutes... an 1 1/2 hours later, still no pizza !! Called for the 2nd time and was told they got an order for $500.00.... and they were gonna put my pizzas in now n they should be here in 30 minutes. 2 hours and 15 minutes later, pizza comes. So know your order gets put at the bottom when a larger order comes in.

Love this place, always on time and never had any issues with my order. Kendra is amazing!! Allowed me to borrow the pizza bag to keep pizzas warm for my son's football team. So greatful for her and all the staff from this location

New management is pompous and condescending. When you ask for fresh pizza and they you serve burnt sub-par pizza then say that's how it is supposed to look. The quality of service and product has gone down at this location so we simply take our business elsewhere.

Don't go there!!! Far warning. 5.00 delivery fee on top of the 4.00 tip I gave without have my order an ca.e back. Sorry Papa you need help you even brought me burnt re cooked garlic knots.wow

Similar experience to others. Ordered delivery, Recieved wrong pizza from what I ordered online. Called and employee said I have to come in person to return pizzas to remake them. Im disabled and was effort to get to store to do this. Did so and they took pizzas but couldn't refund me cause the order was no longer in their system. Whatever, I complained to corporate while they remade the pizza. Then on the remade pizza, they remade it wrong again!! Can't blame anyone but the employee that time. So I waited even longer to remake that pizza. Finally I left and wanted to leave 1 star review. But 3 hours later I get an email from Amanda that they are making it right and refunding me the returned order but without other compensation. No biggie, I just wanted the 3 pizzas I ordered, not free food and it only took 3 hours to make the pizzas and 5 hours total to even out the transactions.Ps this was the 3rd time in 2 months I ordered from this location, third time order was wrong, and third time I had to complain to corporate to get the GM to balance the books. Love PJ pizza but will be going to a different store from now on

Megan at this store is rude. My order said it was on the way 30 mins ago. If I get cold pizza im going to be mad. Almost don’t even want the pizza anymore. It’s been over the 110 mins that it was promised. She said it would be here 7:26… our pizza is still not here we ordered well over 2 hours ago. Still no food. Won’t be ordering here ever again and that’s a promise. Don’t order from here you’ll regret it.

Pizza was pizza not the best not the worst however the service of the cashier was absolutely horrible! I asked for sauce and she acted as if it was going to kill her to smile and provide average customer service! This place needs severe help!

Going on 2 hours and still nothing. Not like it was a hard combination or anything. Just pepperoni large. OMG

2nd Update: Changing my 1 star review to 5 stars. I took both defective pizzas back to the store and asked for a refund, the manager Amanda who handled my refund was absolutely hands down the most pleasant, empathetic, and helpful person I've ever encountered in customer service. Nowadays customer service is dead. So I was completely impressed with how nice she was. She took photos of the pizza and ensured her employee would be coached, she issued a refund without any issues, and she apologized with such empathy that this happened. The 5 star review is for Amandas outstanding customer service.Update: I received my replacement pizza. It was completely smashed and folded up against one side of the box. I really feel like at this point that some disgruntled employee is probably deliberately sabotaging my order. This is ridiculous. ???Waited 47 minutes to receive a soggy pizza. the garlic butter was busted open and had leaked all over soaking the pizza and through the box. Called to report it and they offered to send out a new one but said "it'll be awhile" followed up with a monotone "we'll make it a priority" so whatever that means. Very unimpressed. ?

I ordered a few pizzas and a soda. They completely forget the soda. When I called them, they said that I can get a credit with my next order. Why would I want to order from them again when they messed up on my current order? I would have preferred they delivered the soda or gave me my money back. I will never be ordering from them again and I would not recommend doing delivery from them.
