Normally as a doordasher this is one of the greatest stores to pick up from. The food is always on time and often done before scheduled pick up! I also enjoy their food immensely and the team that is in place is phenomenal and professional while making it feel like home! Keep up the good work! Jayden is awesome!

This is the second time that I have ordered from this Panera bread and did not receive my correct order. The first time I called and they gave me a refund on the item that they did not deliver. Today I called, spoke with Jayden, and he told me to come in to get the other half of my order. When I arrived, the order was not prepared. I waited an additional 30 minutes for two sandwiches to be made. When they were finally made, they had them down as dine in. The woman who was there checking orders for accuracy, rolled her eyes at me when I told her they were supposed to be for carry out since they could not get my order right the first time. The entire 30 minutes I sat there and watched both manager Jayden and I believe her name badge said Megan whom also looked like a manager, chitchat and carry-on in the kitchen with other employees talking about baby showers, spirit week at Panera, amongst numerous other topics. No wonder why you all can never get your orders right. I will never come back to this Panera location.
Very clean restaurant. They offer fast and friendly service. I usually order a family fest to go and it is always made exactly how it is ordered and with fresh ingredients. I forgot to put no mayo for my sandwiches but I called in and they were able to make that adjustment for me. Highly recommend this location.
Again this evening… I went to get a baguette bread and asked for it sliced thin. I was told once again we don’t do that. Yeah right you don’t. I have to explain every time I come here that you do slice it and it’s listed on the app when you order online.. un-sliced ,thin sliced,thick sliced.. .. how hard is that?? This is such a disappointment. Re-train your employees and EDUCATE them. It’s ridiculous!!
They can never seem to remember the bowl for the bread bowl soup whenever we order. Also, they are usually out of wheat bread. Very disappointing.
Homemade chicken noodles Soup was cold and my sandwich came with no turkey. Who forgets to put on the turkey on a sandwich lol the main thing for a sandwich.smh!!I first loved this place, now I won't go back. 40 bucks a pop! Not worth the money!? after I told them they gave 4 little pieces of turkey. Wow!! I ate more bread then anything. Sorry Panera Bread yall need to do better!

This place is my go too meal but not anymore I am so disappointed and disgusted how my sandwich looked made me want to vomit. I would never thought it would look like this honestly and I will never ever go back to this place. I called to speak to a manager they told me she isn't available at this time and hung up on me. Smh ????
