Went for lunch on July 4th. Was not busy at all. My family and I got several items all of which was delicious. The staff was friendly and nothing unusual or negative to report. I’ll be back again. Thanks!
Please make sure you are hiring people who are actually good with customer service and have a voice and can speak up… having employees who are rude and snap at you for asking them to speak up as some are hard of hearing… is absolutely disgusting.. and won’t will not help your company grow. Ariana was absolutely disrespectful in the drive thru, was giving dirty looks and definitely didn’t have manners.
Received 2 out of 5 items. This sucks because my grandkids orders were the missing ones. They offered credit which is fine and dandy but still didn't have food. Never again will I order from here.
The food tasted pretty good, but it took them a long time to get it ready. When I got home, we were short food. I hate that most of all.
The food was so delicious, I wish I would've gotten double string bean chicken instead and everyone else behind me in line followed suit. It's always a busy location.
I have had the past 3 visits go bad. Last night aside from the fact that yes i did say i would wait for a dish to be prepared. i didnt expect to have been left out on the parking lot for 30min. After i go in ask and am told that the spacific dish i was awaiting for was not only never made but i would have to wait an unknown amount of time until it was made. I asked why no one had the courtesy to let us know. The answer was that they had other dishes that were needed to be made first. Of course all besides the one they had a customer already waiting for. I asked for them to throw anyother and the extra money i paid they would add a side to compinsate the difference in price. Well i would have been ok with thay . Until she dropped it on the floor turned a corner and gave me the same dropped food. I grabbed my stuff and left im not one for scenes but wont be coming back.
Well, the food is good. 5 stars. Minus 3 stars for the difficulties they make you go through to get it.Steamed white rice? Sure, if you're willing to wait for half an hour (tonight). Egg rolls? Too bad, no egg rolls tonight (and last time). Etc.Really?The drive-thru line is usually long and they are S-L-O-W-!!!!If you can get it, orange chicken is delicious. Their fried rice is good too. Good luck getting it before your patience runs out
The food doesn't taste like panda anymore. Something different about how it's cooked and the portions are decreasing by the shipment. Beef and broccoli was soupy. Been going here too long. I will find another one.
I’m a traveler coming from California and I just wanted to get some panda express pulled into the drive to one of the people in the drive-through just started acting rude while the other one trying to cover for it then I ordered my meal which was teriyaki chicken orange chicken and rice and then another order of teriyaki and choi Ming noodle my rag gro (how ever you spell it)We ask for sweet and sour Sauce and extra napkins. We only received the rice the 2 types of chicken (which was mainly fat and not even cut.) and nothing else. I want to know who I contact to compensate my order. I let the customer service slide but how are you gonna miss half the order? I won’t be coming back to this location if I’m ever back in Arizona
I haven't been to Panda Express in quite some time, so was excited to grab food for dinner! We ordered for the whole family online so we could pick it up. They had said about 20 mins, so we gave them 30 before I went in to grab our order. There were 4 others waiting for their online orders ahead of me...it was so hard to even get the attention of anyone as they were all getting in-house orders ready first. I asked if my order was ready, and she had said they hadn't even put it in yet. I waited as an entire line to the door went through in front of me ordering right there (had to have been about 15 people). Waited almost 30 minutes before we finally got our food. Food was good, but man, they had a TON of employees working on in-house orders, but their online ordering pickup is a mess. The others waiting for their online orders were just as frustrated. Definitely won't be back during dinner time again.
