Great service! Amazing dishes as always. The bread sticks were a bit crispy but no worries. Dipped in some of their new sauces and all was fine. 10/10!
Backstory time, we've never had a bad experience until today. The server we got today was different, she was new - which fair, my husband and I try to be patient and respectful because we've worked food service before. However, her service even under the expected lower scale managed to limbo under the bare minimum standard. I won't get into details as I don't even know her name. The manager Heather was extremely kind and understanding, she made sure to take care of the situation very quickly. She got us an amazing waitress named Emma who actually felt bad for us asking her to charge us the smallest item so we could tip her because the meal got comped and we didn't have cash on us. Again, we've never had a bad experience. The circumstance was just unlucky for us today but was professionally handled. For anyone wondering, we've consistently tipped 25-35% because the staff is just that phenomenal. We will continue to come back. Cheers, Olive Garden staff! Thank you so much.
Celebrated both my husband's and my birthday with a late lunch out today. Food is always great every time we come and the servers are on top of our needs with a smile. Chicken gnocchi soup is our favorite, the salad and bread sticks make it a complete meal. Take dessert home for later. I love the flavored teas!
As a long time server myself, I naturally sympathize for servers before criticizing in anyway, especially with new servers (Kayla) but tonight was so poor we really felt we needed to write a review. We would have shared this with the manager that paced by our table 5-6 times during our visit, but even eye contact didn’t slow her down. We eat at Olive Garden often and order the same things. Our coffee always coming hot, on a small plate, with a spoon and creamer offered and the tin with coffee. We got our coffee in just the cup, had to ask for creamer and spoons, but by the time we got them, our coffee was cold and we had to ask for the tin. We also ordered our appetizers right away, and it wasn’t until half way through those, that we got our breadsticks and only because we asked for them. When it came to ordering our entrees, I wanted to try something different with my salmon and asked for the side options, but she didn’t know any and said she’d look for me. She had come back to bring us more creamer when I asked if she had gotten the chance to look at sides and she forgot, so I asked if she put the food in yet because it had already been 5-10 minutes, and she had but would modify it. In the midst of the conversation she must have grabbed my husbands salad because he went to grab more after and it was gone. She got my request for asparagus, but my dish ended up coming with broccoli and she corrected it. However, my husbands shrimp Alfredo noodles were clearly either dried out or undercooked, it was VERY noticeable. We stayed very kind and patient of course, but I was in such shock. We looked around and everyone working there looked so young. Our server and everyone we came in contact with from the door greeter, the host stand to order servers, no one smiled not even one time. I personally put an experience like this on management. Are they getting proper training? Who signed off on this server? Are servers not encouraged and expected to let their managers know when things are not going great and mistakes are being made so management can stop by?
Went with two of my grandsons. They have a great appetite. First I want to tell you about the people who work there. They are so nice and they take great care taking care of you. We were served right away. Food was great and was asked if wanted more food and drinks. They are GREAT.
Great food, server was great and had a blast with some friends there.
To sum up my experience in one word: STELLAR!! The restaurant was clean, staff was welcoming upon arrival, and wait time to be seated wasn’t long for it being the evening time. Shout out to two people who served my party: Lea and Alex! Lea was professional, welcoming, she checked on our party several times, had a great attitude, and got the staff to sing to me for my birthday! Alex checked on our party every 5 minutes, kept soup, salad, breadsticks and refills coming. She answered all questions, accommodated us by seating us at a more comfortable table, and was there from start to finish! To management: Lea and Alex need a raise and promotion ASAP!! When I go back and if I find out this hasn’t been done, I’m calling corporate! Make it happen! We’ll be coming back!
I love olive garden too but lines were too long and sometimes instead of waiting.. We’ll go home hahabut i love their pasta.
We were seated right away. Staff was friendly. Zeke,who was our waiter was very attentive and awesome. Gave 4 stars because this location is a hit and miss. Plus this time when my zupa came out there was barely any in the bowl.
I had not been to Olive Garden in 30 years. This was a great experience. We only had a mixed drink and dessert, but the ambience was fabulous as well as the customer service. Highly Recommended!
