We have been waiting to try this place out for a while but it's usually packed. On a Saturday at about 6pm we decided to give it another shot. We waited about 35 minutes to be seated which wasn't too bad. The staff, especially our waitress Maddie was very friendly. The food and drink options were plentiful. Food was great and they had food runners which meant our food wasn't sitting at the window getting cold while our waitress was helping others. We will definitely be going back!
Never left a comment before on any other restaurant that we dined at, sadly to say. I just can’t really remember a time when I’ve had such great service, and the food being ridiculously good as well. Very nice and a clean atmosphere, very impressed!
I thought Brandy did an excellent job taking care of us. She has the perfect personality and is very attentive not to mention the bright weekend like atmosphere of the restaurant.The tavern thin pizza was amazing. I see why they always have a crowd. I also thought their menu has something for everyone even if you don't like pizza, the burgers and salads look like it wouldn't disappoint. I'll definitely be back!
First time experience was great, and I don't say that often in my reviews! Staff were friendly and a little sassy, just like you'd find in some midwest restaurants. Pizza was excellent, our favorite was the Tuscan chicken. Definitely try this place out for some good pizza! We will come back to try more!
Maddie was sensational! The food came out freehand nd hot, and packed full of flavor! The Detroit pan pizza is reminiscent of Buddy's in the D! Great food, great atmosphere and great service! Can't wait to go back for more!
Excellent!!! First off I just want to thank our server Scott for being top notch. His recommendations, attentive service and personality made the experience all the more pleasing. The food was delicious, flavorful and fresh. My wife and I both instantly looked at each other and said this is our new go to spot. We tried a few different items on the menu including dessert just to get a feel for what’s good, let me tell you it was all perfect! Atmosphere is accommodating for all and we can’t wait to come back again!

Really enjoyed our dinner at Old Chicago. The beer was excellent. The service was great and the food was too. I had a burger and enjoyed every bite. Husband had a pizza and loved his as well. We will definitely be going back soon.
We dined-in in the family seating area and service was much slower than the service we received in the bar area last time, but it still wasn't bad. The main wait was for bar drinks, food came out pretty quick. Wait staff was very friendly. We had the deep dish pizza and it was delicious! We will definitely go back again.
Started off with ice tea and an appetizer of the garlic bread which is just the right size before having the deep dish pizza. There are outlets with USB at the table which would be great for a meeting. Pizza excellent and service was too notch friendly and attentive.The Italian sausage is sliced thin which makes it less greasy and better coverage on the pizza. The crust is buttery in the pan pizza. Fresh green peppers not canned which makes them very flavorful and not watery.
