I just left oasis bagels and they advertise homemade bagels and gluten free .. I made my order and was told the gluten free bagels were in the freezer this isn't uncommon since there are no preservatives in them i never thought twice about it. They never advertise that these were not homemade but store bought frozen bagels I could have gotten at Safeway next door Completely unsatisfied with there lack of communication and dishonesty
A cozy place with amazing bagels. The jalapeños cheddar bagels are so good with egg and cheese. The strawberry cream cheese has really good flavor. Go early if you want more selection of bagels. By 9:30, some flavors were already gone.

They also just threw my other bagels in a brown bag and put the frozen ones on top. The other two bagels are hard as a rock. There was no care or presentation given not even a pice of paper covering them like other Bagel shops. I am completely dissatisfied with their dishonesty ( they need to advertise these are frozen bagels) not homemade like their website states. And take. some pride in how you package and treat customers..I am now heading off to Einstein's bagels for more bagels Even though they don't make Gluten free bagels the bagels are better..Sorry Oasis
We used to love this place. This new management is not the same. Totally different customer service. The last two times we were in: 1.They forgot to give us our cream cheese and when called they were just like oh. No apology or make it up to you. Then we were just in 6/7 ( we drive a ways to come here) and they would not honor the old loyalty cards for the sandwiches. We will not be returning because if this lack of customer service. We like to support local but unfortunately they don’t seem to care about loyal customers.
This place is fantastic. Everyone I have met so far are nice and friendly. They make their own bagels and cream cheese. You have to try it. Don't forget to try their frozen coffee. The best.. see you there!
Order 2 Oasis Breakfast Classics. Plain bagel, 2 eggs, provolone cheese and sausage patty. Bagel was toasted too. Very very good. Would certainly recommend this place.
I'll start by saying the bagels were delicious. If tge review was about the quality of the food, this would be another 5 star review. I would love to tell you the schmear was good, but that's where my issue begins. I asked for two dozen bagels and two schmears. I was given two big bags of bagels. I didnt want to use my grubby hands to find out if the schmear was for whatever reason buried underneath the bagels, so I went back in and asked if they were placed in the bag. The girl assured me they were at the bottom of the bag. Now Im not mad that they forgot the schmears, accidents happen. It's the lying that bothered me. We had spare cream cheese, mothers day was not ruined. But I don't think a business should outright lie to their customer, period. I sincerely hope this was just a big confusion, as the other reviews all seem pretty decent. And once again, the bagels were well liked. Thank you.
I have been coming here since they opened. It was great for many years but now the food is just ok. Customer service is very bad. They do not answer the phone and 3 time they where out of Bagels at 8:30am. Biggest problem is not leadership on the weekends all high school kids running the show. Sorry but I will not be going back.
Was disappointed this morning. Drove over 20 minutes to find a note on the door saying due to short staffing they are now closed on Mondays. I checked Google and their website before leaving my home at 7:40am and it showed open and til 2pm. A few other people did pull up and were disappointed to find it closed as well but were local. You should update your website to reflect the new hours so people are inconvenienced. Not everyone is local.
Absolutely delicious!!! The chive cream cheese is delicious, and the chocolate croissant was flakey, and gooeie!!!!
