Food wasn’t bad even though they didn’t put any sauce on the sandwiches. It was a good thing we dined in because they didn’t give us all the food in our order. Watched quite a few other customers also approach the counter for various other issues. There was coke spilled on the floor by the trash cans. Also watched an employee wipe a table down and miss half of the area she attempted to clean.
I don’t expect much when I go to McDonald’s in the first place but this is single-handedly the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had in my life. We waited for 55 minutes total, took 20 minutes to even order, then another 10 minutes to pay, and lastly another 25 minutes waiting at the front window to actually receive our food. For waiting so long for the food you would expect the food to be hot at least—but it was cold, the fries weren’t even salted, and the chicken sandwich had no lettuce. They couldn’t even be bothered to wrap the sandwiches. DO NOT GO HERE. we literally went home and re-fried the French fries ourselves otherwise they weren’t even worth eating. Such a waste of my time.
Wish I could give it 0 stars. WAITED 50 MINUTES for my order and it STILL WASN'T DONE, by the time I asked for a refund. Saw the line in the drive through was long so we went inside to order. It seemed like it wasn't the employee's fault, wouldn't know for sure. Maybe it could be either the location's owner's or McDonald's themselves on what orders are prioritized. Ridiculous. Mobile orders, online orders, all door dash delivery type of orders, came and went over and over. We as in person customers were not a priority, and on the bottom of the list. Was never a fan of McDonald's food but thought I would let my 4 kids have happy meals today. Will never come here again, and this sealed the deal for us, will never eat at McDonald's again.
There was BLOOD in the women's bathroom. I went to this McDonald’s to order a hot and spicy, while my wife ordered I went to the bathroom. I saw there was no toilet paper in the small stall so I went to the big stall. Upon entering I saw blood on the floor, in the toilet paper, and on the wall and door of the stall. As soon as I told a worker she was disgusted as well, but the manager simply said not to let anyone else in. He did not apologize for it being unclean, nor did he even acknowledge me. I am horrified as I am PREGNANT and that’s an extremely big health code violation. Especially in the food industry. This was DRIED. and had to of been there for at least three or four hours. Did a worker not see it? Or did they and just didn’t care. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFYING.
This Micky D's is HORRIBLE! Do Not order here EVER! 100% of the time they will NOT make your order correctly. No one cares! Line is long every moment of every day. Set aside 30 Minutes sitting in this line waiting for an order that absolutely will NOT be correct. I have given them chance after chance and I promise you this is ALWAYS the result. I will NOT ever go to this Mc Donald's EVER again. Food is terrible also. Food is cold, fry container half filled... Very bad experience. These people that are working here are JUST warm bodies filling a spot. No pride whatsoever in what they are doing. For anyone reading... You've Been Warned!
I really wish this wasn't the closest McDonald's to my neighborhood! Everytime I come to this location it's never a good experience! The employees just simply don't care. I've seen other reviews where the customer was missing the damn meat patty from the burger and its unbelievable! They're building so many resteraunts around here! Hopefully they'll build another McDonald's with better service!
Horrible place. With these employees getting paid at least $15 per hour, and the fact that one sandwich costs you $5-6 now a days, you would think McDonald's employees would have to step up there game a little bit. Nothing the case. Me along with 5 other people in this place all waited more than 10 minutes each for our food. (There was literally no other customers in the restaurant). Some just wanted a coffee drink. The manager was completely rude and horrible at her job. She even started blaming the customers for the bad service! ! Don't go here!
The service here is terrible and everything takes forever. Stop riding the COVID excuses, pay people what they're worth, and produce a product worth purchasing.
Last time I swear ! Biggest bunch of knuckleheads working at this McDonald’s. Order chicken nuggets with chocolate milk , no chocolate milk tried to give a soda when my daughter doesn’t drink soda ! No barbque sauce or ranch . They gave me buffalo sauce :/ I’m sure my two year old is going to love it … freaking knuckleheads ! Tel this ahead of time so I don’t waste my money . People have no pride in the work they do just collecting their $15 an hour which is a joke in itself . Just done
Ordered food from the kiosk, 25 min later still waiting.... I don't normally complain but come on, what happened to fast food? we had people who ordered after we did and got thier food before we had our drinks! This is unacceptable customer service for any fast food place, with no remedy to the madness. Staff your restaurants with properly trained employees! For 15 dollars an hour this is completely unacceptable!! Still waiting 35 min later for 2 sandwiches, a hash brown and 2 drinks.. 45 plus minutes!!!Pathetic describes this situation to a tee! Do better corporate! Don't worry tho that drive thru was hell taken care of..
