I’ve only been here a few times. It was always in the drive thru. Today was the first time I came in to eat and allow my daughter to play in the play place. I am not one for giving any McDonald’s a 5 star rating. However, today is an exception. Everyone here was super nice. The food was a little better than usual. Usually staff at any McDonald’s are grumpy. Not this one. I’m happy to have come here today and will gladly come back.

Never again! Waited 15 mins to order no one showed up. I know to use the touch screens however they were not working and I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I even had an employee walk from the bathroom I stopped him and he tried to help but wasn’t able to get anyone else to help. Ended up walking out. Never again terrible customer service. Y’all want $15/hr not if this is the work ethic we get from you.
It's one thing to be oblivious to the length of time an order has taken, but another altogether when two customers with the SAME order of 1 order of fries tell you they've been waiting over 15 minutes and all you respond with is, "Really?" 10 minutes later (that's right, 25 minutes for 1 order of fries!) a bag and my 2 cokes are set on the counter by someone already walking away shouting my order number without so much as a, "Sorry about the wait." No excuse. ??
This place needs new management. 25 minutes for food through the drive though is ridiculous!! They no longer park people when they are waiting on food to be made which makes everyone’s wait to at much longer. Something seriously needs to change at this location. Always comes down to poor management.
Avoid this McDonald's. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt but they ALWAYS get the orders wrong and I am ALWAYS missing food. Today was apple slices, large frie, large coke and the chocolate milk for my kids happy meal. They always forget the kids toys. Always.
This had to be one of the dirtiest McDonald's I've been in, dirtiest fast food restaurants I have ever been in. It took 5 minutes fir someone to acknowledge your existence when you were inside. Thr only saving grace was a employee they has who was very helpful when she came up to help. All else was very poor.
This used to be our to go place. Recently went in and they have changed many things. You can no longer fill up your own drinks. Playground is still closed. The workers were trying their best. They are understaffed. There is not much room for sitting like before.
Definitely gone down hill. I ordered in the mobile app then went in and it took about 45 minutes to get my food. They were out of everything. The poor kid was doing good best though.
1st off didn't have any kind of cold coffee or frappay of smoothies so had to settle for fountain drink left there to my destination took a drink of sprite all carbonated horrible.. not a great experience. Especially for a store in a busy area
