It was clean. However the drinks were not good. They needed to be changed.Ordered a strawberry banana smoothie, disgusting. It tasted like a a carbonated drink.It's also not the nicest area.
Pretty sure it's run by children/very young, under 25 staff. There were only 4 cars in the drive through and they had 3 of us wait to the side. When they came out with our food, they went car to car asking who had what. After our orders were delivered, several people had to exit their vehicles, (including us), to get further missing items.Very poorly run shift during our visit with high wait times for simple orders.
No McDonald's is great. This one isn't an exception. I live down the street and go pretty often. My food is usually correct but not always. Lately i haven't had any problems. I don't go inside though because it takes forever because they're somehow always busy. It looks like a clean place tho.
Always gets my order wrong and never gives the right amount of French fries. It's always only half full. Stopped eating here for a while now. I just go buy my own stuff it's cheaper and made the way I like ☺️
Ordered through door dash around 9pm. Ordered 3 doubles a ten piece meal and 2 happy meals. Anyway both of my daughters received milk with their food, my oldest went to take a drink of her milk and started gagging saying why does it taste like that come to find out her milk was chunky and sour! The date on her milk was may 20 , 2022 and it was already so sour and disgusting! I went to check my other daughters milk it was fine but dated may 26 2022! Never going to this place again! How disgusting and DoorDash wasn’t much help with a refund!
Total trash!!! Went through the drive thru had 2 orders. Didn’t want to give me my second order. Then almost forgot my drinks also asked for my receipt and was told the machine for receipt is broken!!! Get home food is cold fry’s hard, burnt and cold. Total garbage. Then try to call and talk with manager literally called 10 times no answer . So it’s a take your money and serve you crap and then not answer the phone type of establishment.
It took 5 minutes to get someone to take our order after we got the staff attention, and a long line of people were behind us. The bread on my Big Mac was hard and the fries were cold and had no salt, the tables were sticky and when we asked for ketchup from 3 different staff that were just standing around took another 5 minutes. The staff was very rude.
I ordered a 4 piece chicken nugget kids meal for my 2yr old... Once we made it home, it only had fries and apple slices in the box with a toy ? this isn't the first time they've gotten my order wrong. This place is ridiculous ? I'm never going to this location again!
They forgot some of my order, called to get it didn't mind that I had to drive all the way back just for it but than she decided to say that its hard for her employees to miss such an item. I got there mad she was basically calling me a liar waited 45 minutes just to talk to someone with a large group of people visibly irritated because they were either missing orders or taking an hour even just for a single drink. Manager was helpful and sincere but what a awful experience and definitely wasn't the first time. Will not come here ever again.
Literally the worst McDonald’s in Arizona. Not a joke. I’ve come here multiple times since it’s right off the highway and right by a gas station but don’t take convenience over correctness. Save yourself frustration, money, and time and go to the McDonald’s off Litchfield and McDowell. SO MUCH BETTER! Never gotten anything wrong there. I’m never coming back to this location, I’ve tried it at least 5 times in the past 2 years and it hasn’t gotten better.Today, I ordered on the kiosk and selected the option to eat in, I was told it would be delivered to my table which is wasn’t. I understand they’re busy but if you’re going to leave it on the counter where you put to go orders, at least put the whole order up there. It took an extra 10 minutes to get our drinks since there are no cups at the kiosk and we had to wait to get someone’s attention. I literally had to call to someone to get help when there was a worker right in front of me, walking past multiple times. The manager is sitting in the back just messing around on her phone (maybe doing work, maybe not, who knows).
