Food here is served slow, cold, and order is always wrong. No one can be this incompetent. When you order to eat in they throw your bag on the counter, call your number and run off. 99% of the time your order is missing an item, it's cold, or condiments are missing. They have to be doing this on purpose. You can hear a female manager barking orders all the way out in the lobby. If my kid worked here I would make them quit immediately.
I have given mcdonalds so much money over the years. I have never been this disappointed with any restaurant or chain. We ordered $40 worth of food, only to find all of the food cold. The fries were hard and greasy. The nuggets were dry and so was the Big Mac. You used to be able to get hot food that taste edible. This was unacceptable, so I'm finally done eating here. During previous visits, there was always an item missing. I have let corporate know that new management is needed and extensive training as well. I have been unheard for five years now, so I'm done supporting this establishment and this restaurant as a whole. I wish I could get my money back.
A hot day in Phoenix and this place was turned down to -30 below inside. You couldn't sit inside for more than 3 minutes without getting frostbite! There was absolutely no service at the counter and if you didn't order through the automated kiosk you wouldn't get served. Bathrooms didn't have soap or paper towels and the people working there seemed like they hated their job.
This is by far the worst McDonald's we have ever went to!!! We even ordered online for a faster service and it took over 35 to 45 minutes for them to come out and give us our food!!!..... So we gave them a benefit of the doubt one more time. My husband went in and he had to wait there for over 45 minutes for his food.... the manager said that they were understaffed there was over seven workers working!!!....I ordered a strawberry shake one time and they gave me a smoothie instead...a few items were missing from our order another time. Poor Management!!If you can avoid this McDonald's. Do so. They should really close it down and put something more efficient for people's service. Junk.
This McDonald's is consistently slow and regularly gets orders wrong. They always ask you to pull around to wait for your food regardless of order size. We've had burgers missing the burger patty on multiple occasions, as well as receiving someone else's order after being asked to pull around to wait for our food.
We got a phone notice for a good deal on a crispy chicken sandwich so we stopped in. We tried to use the deal and just got a screen that said the deals weren't loading right then. The guy at the counter didn't know how to give the deal anyway. We showed him the offer on the app. He just said they have had a lot of issues with the app. They need to fix their app so that if the deal isn't available, it doesn't show it. This feels a lot like old fashioned bait and switch. To make it worse, the bin was burned on our full price sandwich.
This is beyond ridiculous this McDonald's needs new employees, new cooks, new management ALL AROUND! poor customer service and just rude af. They have me parking for the mistake their making. This is what we pay for?! Literally nothing inside this burrito. I feel stupid for posting this but this is not the first time this has happened
Got there @8pm. 3/11.22I’ve had great service here before, but these 2 ladies are the exception of great service…After EVERYTHING I ordered over the drive through, the response I got was”….anything else…” bad customer service. She sounded annoyed that I even ordered. When I got to the second window, a different younger lady asked me if I got 2 McFlurrys, I said yes, then she gave me the 2 McFlurry’s and told me to have a good day. I ordered $24 worth of food… she didn’t even look at the order and was ready to move onto the next before checking the entire order. I can’t believe that this is the customer service I get. It sounds like they are ready to quite and are just going through the motions until they leave. They will never be successful in life if they carry this mentality through every job they have...
This is in reference to the ice cream machine only. It's February and the thing is been down for at least a week. Several and I mean several times throughout the summer, I pull into the drive-thru line only to be disappointed yet again. the servers are great, the restaurant is clean. My frustration is that their ice cream machine is malfunctioning so often that it's time for a brand new machine or to hire a new contractor if it is substituted out. Let's get on the ball McDonald's
So frustrating that since 2019 “Covid-19” they have not had hot fudge Sundays. service has been awful. This isn’t about the students who work there, This is about ownership and management. Figure it out. I rate zero stars on this. The owner need to wake up and do something.
