Plate portions are pretty good size, even if the free chips bowl is really small. Remember the days of unlimited free chips and salsa? Man I miss that! Server was nice but it was really busy & people were positioning for TV views! Ha ha ha. I recommend overall.
Love Manuel’s! My husband and I had our 1st date at the Bell rd location almost 25years ago. We’ve dined at all of the locations over the years and they are consistent from location to location. We moved to the Midwest almost 10yrs ago and miss Mexican food the most. We come back to the Valley once or twice a year to visit family and they know that we are going to Manuel’s at least twice when we are in town!
Just ate here tonight. We had a party of 22. They got it all set up. Orders were all remembered, brought out in a timely matter. Waitress was GREAT!! Very pleasant, helpful, attentive. Food was delicious!! Thank you so much!!!
Been here twice and both experiences were good. First time they were low on staff but still managed to provide quality service. Second time we ordered takeout and waited at the bar, we got our food with exceptionally fast service and decided to stick around for a bit longer because the drinks were great!

Manuel's is top notch. We have never had a bad meal yet. If there was a 10 star rating to this place, I would give it. Service is always good but the food - THE BEST! Always hot, always fresh, always a hugh portion. The salsa, I could drink - it's so flavorful. For the BEST Mexican food, you have to go to Manuel's.
Place was busy but the service was good. My usual is a bowl of tortilla soup. It seems this visit the chicken was chopped grilled chicken and dry, even swimming in broth. Didn't you used to shred the chicken? Maybe at the Glendale location. Also seemed very light on the avocado. Don't spoil a good and wonderful comfort food!
