I wish I would have done a quick google search before I ordered here.It’s raining today so I expected a slight delayOver an hour later and I still don’t have 2 sandwich ordersI placed my order at 6:44 at 7:14 I called to check my order.The young man who answered the phone assured me the order was received and completed and that the driver was heading out now.I called again at 7:41 and my order is still sitting there. The same young man shared that the driver was out on another delivery but was on the way.I asked what the next steps were. A manger then got on the phone to explain they only have one driver.I’m understanding to a certain degree but at this point it’s over an hour and when I pointed this out and asked for a refund I was informed that was not an option.Extremely disappointed and feel a refund should be provided especially when it takes over an hour for a sandwich.I’m writing this and still have not received my order

Terrible Jimmy John’s location. Ordered delivery and after 45 minutes called for an update. Told our order was in process and would be delivered shortly. Called back 2.0 minutes later to be given an excuse that they only had 6” bread and they tried to call. BS! They did not call as even a rejected call would show up on my phone. Never deal with this location! Now let’s see how they drag out the refund…

This was my first time here. Workers were very helpful, sandwiches very so good. I'll be back
Staff is super friendly and professional. Restaurant was clean and sandwiches were as expected for the franchise. Some supply chain issues with meats but that's not really their fault. Overall a good experience and worth the stop.
Freaky fast? More like EXTREMELY SLOW. It took 1 hour for 2 sandwiches to be made. I could have handmade my own bread from scratch and grown my own veggies quicker. Unorganized and lack proritizing. AVOID this place if you plan on eating same day.
DON'T I REPEAT DON'T ORDER FROM HERE! This location has repeatedly messed up my delivery. From missing items, tuna made with no mayonnaise, close to two hour delivery times and delivering to wrong address! When I asked is the anything this location can do for the constant inconvenience...the reply..."There's NOTHING we can do for you"! Wow...way to go customer service. Just go to the Firehouse Subs across the street. If you order here theres a 75% chance the order will be wrong or incomplete. Plus...they won't care!
I seriously don't know why I bother to order from here. I ordered food almost 2 hours ago and it's still not here. What a joke.
The manager Adam is a total joke. avoid at all costs
