The workers at this location could give 2 craps about anyone including ubereats drivers. You would have thought the recent pandemic would have increased customer service especially with takeout and delivery orders, but the 3rd party deliverers just get the short end of the stick!
If you have 20-45 minutes to wait come here. Drive thru service is horrible. Why not park the cars that are taking too long? Like other post said you will get stuck in line when you order something as simple as two tacos. Save some time and go to the other location on Estrella on McDowell. This Jack-in-the-Box location is less than two minutes from my house, but I’ll drive elsewhere for faster service.
Hours are posted! Says dining room open til 12am. On 06/01/2022, I tried to eat here at 9:40pm. They were locking the doors! Went to use the restroom before ordering, came back out and was told lobby is closed! What the heck???!!!
27 min wait in line. Pull up to the speaker box and another 16 minutes before I can place my order and another 13 min till I get my food from the second window. I get it that staff is short everywhere but this is very excessive. The Manager of this location should really check in on the night crew this is not okay.
This store is an absolute joke. The drive through service is awful. We waited 40 mins due to being stuck in line. We got up to order to be told they don’t have anymore mini tacos. The sign on the door says the lobby is open until midnight, however the lie detector test determined….. that was a lie. 9:15 pm I tried to go inside to order and all doors were locked. Save yourself some time and just go to Taco Bell ??♂️??♂️ This place sucks!
This store is so disgusting. We have been here 3 times now and everything we get the food and soda from here we end up throwing it away. Why we keep giving them q chance is crazy and will never again return. The soda tastes like sewer. Their food tastes like fish and their hashbrowns are so drenched in grease that you can't get it out of the wrapper. It is the most disgusting place ever!!!! If I could leave no stars I would. I am
Best drive through experience the gentleman taking out order was fast and efficient despite the incredibly long line. And best part was my complicated order came out right. That's a big deal to me and my family as I have 4 picky eaters. Do thank you guys for making my last stop of the day very pleasant ?
Visited in evening. Waited 25mins in drive thru from when I drove up to restaurant to when I got my meal. I ordered a #3 plain. What a sad looking burger.
Got the order wrong. Took well over 15 mins in the drive thru. Never coming back again. Hope corporate intervenes
I will never go back to this place. I ordered a buttery jack with mayo on the side. They would not give it to me and after 3 discussions back and forth a worker from the back came to the window and was the most rude person I have ever encountered would not give me the mayo that I tried to ask for. In the end I left very very disappointed. You would have thought I was asking for a thousand dollars from this very rude employee. I will go back when the manager is there and see why there was so much resistance for a side of mayo????? Will never purchase anything from this site again. To all of you out there. DO NOT ASK FOR ANY SIDES. ?
