Great service I ordered on the app and showed up everything was hot and ready! The tacos were great not greasy and filled with lettuce in fully recommend this J&B location!
Pulled up to the drive thru for them to say they’re only taking online orders? So they can’t take my drive thru order in the actual drive thru but can take an Uber eats order. Great.
Grabbed a burger while out. The place is decently clean. Cashier took a while to even take my order even though I was the only person in there. Someone else was manning The drive through orders. It's not a big deal but thought it should be stated. The food was not good though. The burger patties were old and dry. The cheese was still cold as well. The fries also tasted like they were out for too long.
The worst customer service ever!! This place is ran by children. They had the place closed during business hours and were just playing games. After knocking at the window for several mintues they said that they are short staffed. I understand but leave a sign or something !! Don’t waste our time waiting! Getting paid to keep the jack in box closed must be nice. I wish there was a adult running the place. I tried to call the number at the door but no answer. I am leaving this review so hopefully they hold these children accountable.
Had a New Home built in this Area we Love , great food , coffee shops the works in this Area EXCEPT FOR THIS JACK IN THE BOX , always something is wrong , JUST TAKING CASH ONLY , OUT OF French fries , to WE ARE NOT TAKING ORDERS AT THIS TIME .THIS IS GETTING TO BE OLD !!!!!Were is Managment does anyone not care ?This needs to be fixed , we love Jack and I am not ready to give it up at this time !!Went back to Jack today at Lunch so a bit of a wait , decided to go into the lobby to order , been hungry for Jack for a while now , but the lobby was closed till 230 due to staffing issues.Yall need to stop the 24ths being open and take care of the customers in the day time or Close .Not going to keep trying this location for much longer even though we just built our new Home here .Yall need help , come on Management !!!!!
Was good but they put cheese on my burger which I dont like cheese at all on my burgers and they were not selling milkshakes at that time I was there so big bummer for my visit but the drive thru girl was super nice about everything & then after I drove away took me until I was almost home to realize that she forgot to give us our large drink which really was no good!!!
Usually food here is on point drive thru always long in wait.. yesterday I ordered my wife a grilled chicken salad through the mobile app. the receipt said a grilled chicken salad. They gave us a grilled chicken sandwich .... easy enough to confuse I guess.
Easily the worst jack in the box day and night. During the day they can’t take more than one order at a time through a drive through then at night they close what is suppose to be a 24 hour establishment for 30min.
Slowest Jack in the Box I’ve ever been too. Even with just one car ahead of me in the drive through it still took over twenty minutes from pull in to paying. Get better employees.
This is the perfect example why fast food workers shouldn't be paid a cent over minimum wage... How hard is it to get an order right? Ordered Tacos and asked for extra sauce packets, we get home and there was none. We ordered a meal and there were no fries. Literally the easiest job in the world.
