We haven't been able to get here in quite a while. Sure enjoy coming here. Great food, great service and it's nice to see people happy.
Fries are awesome. Burger was just ok. I really expected a thick juicy patty for $10, but instead it's just two thin, dry, slightly overcooked patties. Great assortment of toppings to choose from, tho. It wasn't bad so much as it was overpriced for what you get.
Yall cant be serious. I waited 10 minutes past my order time and still had to prompt the worker that I was here still for my food. They dont sell shakes anymore, even though its still on the menu, so you won't know that until you wait in the extremely long lines just to find out that there's no shakes. Then i finally get my food, get all the way home , just to see that my two orders of fries (Regular and little combined) were literally just a handful. I spent 10 dollars on a HANDFUL of fries? I'll have to take my business elsewhere
Don't go here it's a bunch of kids when the manager is gone they play around or stand around flirting with each other. I waited 20 mins for fries that were already made but, the girl was to busy playing around with the fry cook to put it in the bag! Thanks to the guy with the long hair finally coming up and putting it together because if not, I would still be waiting!
Food is good, management is bad. The cashier touches the cash then holds the cups from inside. Their working hours are not regular. Today I had to drive 25 minutes to have food, however they decided to close 3, 4 hours early without even indicating on Google. It's a 30 second adjustment. Please be more organized.
Not too happy with my experience here. The prices have skyrocketed, the dining area was trashed. No clean tables, overfilled trash cans etc. Ironically enough there was plenty of staff to clean up the place (4), and there was no other customers waiting for food.
I love five guys and the food is good, a little over priced but do NOT order to go here. I placed my order 30 minutes early because I was just picking up since I was on a work break. I placed the order before I went on break and still 30 minutes later I didn’t get a confirmation that it was ready I went in and still had to wait almost 10 minutes!! I don’t know if they wait until the person picking up walks in to start the order but they really have no reason for an online ordering system if they’re going to just waste your time like that.
What happened to the juicy burger I used to get at 5 Guys ? Used to be you needed extra napkins because the burger was so juicy and flavorful. Had a bacon Hamburg today and it was so dry and eh tasting. Oh and did I mention how much price has gone up ? I Had heard 5 Guys was closing locations - I think they will be closing more.
Super good cheeseburgers and the staff is always super nice!!
Five guys never disappoints. The cost is a pretty penny but worth every cent. Highly recommend for a fantastic burger!
