Never disappoints!! Shredded beef taco combo so good!! Fili B's Coca Cola is almost better than Mc D's!
Filiberto's is just as good as any sit-down Mexican restaurant that I've been in in the last few years in Maricopa County and the price is 30 to 40% less. I almost always order their green chile/ chile verde and it's roughly $13 with rice, beans and a huge fresh flour tortilla. I've recently gone into two restaurants and ordered the same thing and I paid over $20 which is insane.Their street tacos on Taco Tuesday are awesome and fairly priced and like I said I personally love chile verde which is not available at all restaurants so Filbertos is a thumbs up for me. There's the extra bonus if I don't want to sit down I can drive through and I'm in and out of there in a few minutes.
This is a clean place. The lady at front was very kind. We get super nachos. Was delicious.
There was a piece of plastic in my red chicken tacos! Looks like it was cooked with the chicken... lost my appetite, paid $45 in total for 2 plates & a bowl, you would think with those prices they would be more careful. SMH
Tastes like Filibertos. There are other places I would choose before Filiberto's because I ordered a bean and cheese burrito and they charged me $2.50 extra for cheese on a bean and cheese burrito. Carolina's is cheaper and better in my opinion. The extra cheese there is .50 Cent's
Had to update based on today's experience. Not the same welcoming service as before. Asjed for a special request and it wasn't taken care of... on top of that the taco that I wanted separate was under cooked. The taco was still soft and cold in the middle. Told the lady and she said the cheese isn't melted because its cold and the lettuce and cheese together doesn't allow the cheese to melt. I was baffled and didn't argue, as everyone knows the cheese is always melted. Not a great experience ?

I am not going to lie, most Filibertos locations I have eaten at have met! That said, thank goodness this location does not fit the norm. Food is fresh, tasty and not overly seasoned. This particular location opened last year and tends to do pretty good business. Staff are friendly, the premises are clean and the price won't cause a heart attack.
It seems like every time we come here, we have a bad experience. First off, they act like the salsa and things like that come out of their check. Stop cheaping out in that. Second, customer service isn’t great, they always seem like you’re inconveniencing them when you show up. Not impressed whatsoever.
I really enjoy a good burrito every now and then. I do NOT recommend the breakfast burrito! It smells funny and I haven't been able to figure out why it smells so awful? I don't see any unknown ingredients in the burrito...so I am quite confused by the smell and taste. I have only tried this burrito 3x in my life and all have been years apart. It tastes the exact same from 3 different Filibertos, so I know it wasn't just a bad burrito that day. This of course is only my opinion. However, I do love their shredded beef tacos! I am sure other items on their menu are good as well, I just haven't tried them.
