May I just say I have been coming to this location for several months and I truly enjoy their service and food! Today though I wanted to recognize a drive-through person named Jesse who went above and beyond with her guest service. Jesse...Thank you for offering me an alternative and it was wonderful thank you so much you are awesome!

Ordered about an hour early. Food was ready to go when I got there a little early. And as always it taste good
i went to try the new birria tacos. i always look at online menus before going in to order because of social anxiety. online, i could replace the chips with another side of my choice and get a drink as well. when i went through the drive thru and asked to replace my side, the girl on the headset gave me STRONG attitude and said “you can’t.” very blunt and rude. i told her i could order it online like that so is she sure that i can’t, and she hit me with even more attitude. so i asked if i could just get the two tacos instead of the full combo and order my side separately. she rung the two tacos up individually rather than the combined price shown on the website. i had also ordered the birria burrito which she rung up as the box which was supposed to come with chips which she didn’t give us. (i didn’t notice these things until i got home and checked the receipt.) i also wasn’t given a drink for the box combo which i didn’t even think of because i was so taken aback by her rudeness. i had checked the bag after i was given it because i had a hunch that there would be things missing, and sure enough, i was given no consome for my two birria meals. i drove through again but dealt with a much kinder girl this time who apologized and got the two consome for me, while i was getting the stink eye from the first girl who helped me. i don’t know if the first girl was just new and didn’t want to ask for help, or if she was just having a bad day, but there was no reason for her to give me such a bad attitude. i’m always extremely kind to fast food workers, as i used to work in fast food and i know how rude customers can be, but i NEVER took misplaced anger out on a kind customer. i didn’t catch her name but i hope she isn’t like this with every customer that comes through.
Always great. Our last order was long and complicated but they got it all right. We prefer this location. The staff seems more pleasant and the carne asada is leaner.
Wow come on guys. I picked up a delivery, 16pc meal and 4 large sides, thank goodness I looked inside bag, no salsa, utensils, napkins and when I asked guy with glasses gave me 3 salsas and 3 utensils, I asked for more and he looked at me like I was asking to much! This is called a FAMILY meal dude. 2nd order tacos and NO salsa! Get yourself together give customers what is needed to enjoy their food! Wait till customer's review you! They told me not to go to your location anymore.
Their grilled chicken is always moist and tender and tastes0 great like you grilled it yourself!Sides are awesome too!
I ordered something online for pick up when I went to go pick it up they said they cannot give it to me because they were going to close early and when I asked for a refund they said I had to contact a number online. when I called the number, the number always seem to be busy I have now contacted their online support team but I am still waiting to hear from them and for my money. I hope to see it soon because I don’t like giving money and if I have to I will get lawyers involved to have it shut down because it seems from the reviews that this locations likes to rip off people and keep their money. Will never go here again or recommend it.
This was mine and my families first try with el pollo loco, and honestly we were impressed. We ordered burritos, mac n cheese, mashed potatoes and gray, tortilla soup, salad, cole slaw, and chips and guacamole. ALL OF IT WAS FANTASTIC. Definitely suggest if you have never tried before.
Went there today for the first time in a while, and while the food was on time and correct...the lady that gave us our good was rude and dismissive.Please train your staff on being kind and courteous. I feel discouraged on going back ever again, even the food is delicious.
