I wasn’t Guna leave a review but after reading some of the others I decided to. No issues with customer service or anything the gentleman who took my order in the drive through was actually very nice but I got a 25 munchkin and didn’t want any jelly or cream filled and what I got was only chocolate and glazed. :/ I was disappointed where’s the blue berry or powdered donuts? It was only 7am you opened at 6 there wasn’t any one else in line I don’t understand how there was only 2 flavors available…
No customers were inside. My son and I came in for his Bday. He wanted a drink and a donut. First, we asked if the long John's had creme inside. She responded with "I don't know". We were waiting for them to make the drink. All the workers inside, were standing around, talking about their night. Twenty minutes later, I'm still standing there. Two of the workers looked at me, and didn't ask me what I needed. Finally, I said "Is our drink ready"?... The girl looked around like she had no idea what I was talking about. Then she starts to ask some employees about my son's drink. She said "Someone put it in the drive thru". No apology, no nothing. I have constant poor service at this location. Mind you, the acting manager was standing around the whole time chatting also. Very disappointing.
Most times they nail it but this time not so much. Had my coffee remade 3 times and every time it was too sweet and too much cream. Felt like they just handed me the same coffee right back which they very well could have. Rather than bother a 4th time i just tossed the coffe and left.
Great Experience overall. No order has been wrong and it was super fast getting my order. I go here if Starbucks's is busy. All these other reviews are just lying and terrible. Have a nice and wonderful day everyone
I had a good experience at this dunkin, despite the busyness it was great. I have been in fast food before and i know how overwhelming being understaffed may be, none of the customers who give bad reviews take this into consideration. They try their best while only getting paid minimum wage. I personally think people have no right to judge these workers when they’re the ones who probably constantly go and complain everytime. They wonder why people have bad attitudes. Alec had great customer service and was very polite, overall i have nothing bad to say besides the fact that of course there is only bad reviews, no one thinks to leave one when they have a good experience.
This place needs some serious help. New management new trained crew. Going here is a 30 minute plus wait minimum.
bad experience again. After the first time, I gave grace and wanted to come back again to see if anything would change and nope! They messed up my order and forgot items that we reminded them about but the drive through worker was too busy trying to make other orders. I understand being busy because of rush hour but you have to focus on the customer right in front of you in order to keep the line moving. The hasbrowns have been near inedible every time I’ve got them. They were cold and soggy. I got the bagel bites and they were still frozen even after waiting 15 minutes in the drive thru line after ordering. Do not come here.
Got donuts here before and they were pretty amazing but I just came in to get 100 donut holes for my long weekend and was told that they are only doing mobile pick up orders and drive through and pointed to a sign on the window (see picture.) They had almost a full shelf of every kind of donut and hole available that I was looking forward to picking out in person as a splurge treat.I'm sorry, but if they're just doing mobile and drive through (which is currently wrapped around the entire strip mall building) then I'll take my business elsewhere. Doubly true if they have the lobby open and are letting people in for mobile orders then why the restriction on just placing an order?
They did not make sandwich correctly even after 2 attempts. No employees knew how to make drinks they offer. Usually enjoy Dunkin’s but this location I will not be visiting again no matter how thirsty or hungry I get. Will not waste money. At this location again.
I’ve been coming here everyday for along time. The last year it has become the worst Dunkin Donuts! They cannot keep anyone employed. The coffee is old and made wrong. They don’t even know how to make snackin bacon so they just give you some regular bacon. The inside is always closed, in-line ordering shut down and the drive thru line half hour long!
