Bro. Was on hold on the phone for 30 minutes never even got ahold of anyone, got there at the least their was 10 employees not one can pick up a phone? Get back home to see that they drizzled the wings with sauce and barely any if that and no extra sauce as I had ordered on the pizza. What's so hard about this? My 2 year old son could have done a better job.
I have no idea what’s going on with this location. If I can give 0 star I will. It closes at 8 pm now but the auto bot system still takes order. Ordered in person and didn’t give us all of the items we bought. Tried it one more time today and for cinnamon twist and pasta the cashier says it’s an hour to 2 hours wait even u order ahead. Like I get it probably short staff but do better or just stay close. It’s embarrassing at this point. I’ll just never going to go to this one again even it’s 2 mins away from my house.
Not sure what’s going on at this location, erratic hours, online ordering doesn’t work. Product of COVID economy? Ordered to go, it’s painful like watching other people watch paint dry. Close this place and same the franchise the humiliation. The last 3 customers all got refunded and the previous had a double remake.I would hold off until this place gets a restaurant makeover. Maybe the robot that takes the calls can work here instead!
This place doesn't even deserve a 1-star. I placed an order for delivery on their app at 8:10pm on Saturday, May 28th with a quoted delivery time of 63-73 minutes. Over an hour and a half later I tried to call the store three times and no one answers. Finally, I am literally asleep and I get a call from the store (the phones are working again!) at 10:30pm to let me know that the store is closed and they can't send me my delivery order. Absolutely breathtaking incompetence. You guys just lost a great customer for life, I had ordered from your location at least 30 times in the past. Never again!
Delicious food. A lil long wait but worth it. Very nice people. The new Manager he’s very polite. It’s been awhile since I seen a manager care for his employees and he definitely does. To all the future customers Be kind to the staff over there! don’t think with your hungry minds. They work hard and it’s understaffed. Keep up the great work ??
Ordered 2 pizzas online for delivery and waited for about an hour and a half when they just randomly cancelled my order with no explanation after saying it was in the oven. Never ordering from any dominos again with garbage service like that.
Amazing people and delicious food
Pizza was being quality checked at 5:02 and delivered an hour and 20 min later. So sat there for an hour before leaving store.
So you call me 20 minutes after I order to tell me you have no drivers how is that my problem if you always advertise delivery. Need to rethink your business
Just wanted to say thank you and I appreciate the employees tonight at Domino's. It's Easter, and they are short staffed and they were working their butts off and still remained pleasant and professional!! The franchise owner of this location should be proud of how these employees worked under pressure. They had one driver and the phones ringing off the hook. I wanted to tip but wasn't an option when I paid, wish it had been, this team deserved it!
