Talk about a star employee!! We came to this location traveling through on our way to Nevada.. and my gosh!! From the minute we walked in to the minute we left, we had beyond an amazing experience. Brandon was so awesome. He was so helpful and was holding doors open for customers coming in and out, he was greeting everyone, he was on top of everything, apologizing for hold times, and was very considerate of the whole room. There wasn’t a moment of time where he wasn’t doing something in regards to his work.. It was either assisting customers or cleaning the dining room. This location definitely stood out with their cleanliness, organized service, amazing employee Brandon/employees.
Is always slow. Even when No one is in the line.You order Large Sprite and they give you Large Water. Orders are never 100% right there is always something missing , whats more fascinating is sometimes there just completely out of certain foods. Always new staff so it never goes well. Might just be better off going across the street or drive the extra 5 minutes and go to the one on Dysart.
Always busy. Can be a little slow at rush times. Staff is generally good and doing their best. Ordering on the app to pickup here only works about 50% of the time. That fault is on corporate and not this store.
Jennifer is the best manager at this location. Night crew forgot our drinks and some of our order and she corrected all their mistakes and refunded us the next day. Del Taco she deserves a raise. Girl Power!
Worst Del Taco in the valley. The staff can’t even take orders and cash out at the same time, you wait over 35 mins in the drive thru for cold food!! The locations hours are always changing and one day they’re open and one day they are closed. Corporate should really take over this location if it’s a franchised store because this owner and management team is literally incompetent. The store is very clean yes, that’s because the lobby is always closed.Clearly your business is failing and you should restructure your management team and bring in someone who can actually run this place. With this being the only del taco in this area you could actually make very good money. I will never be coming back and i will ensure to email the CEO and executive staff of Del Taco so they know how this place is representing their brand.
This is one of the cleanest places in town! I was very impressed how quickly my food was made. Staff was very kind, I will definitely be returning soon. Delicious!
Visited this Del Taco during the lunch rush hour. Overall good experience! Customer service was good, food was excellent and wait not long at all. Will be back again.
Want this to be my go-to Del Taco but too many irritating obstacles. The LOUD car wash next door, the location, traffic, limited parking, I'll just stop there. The food is prepared to their standards but the Del Taco across town, on Dysart, goes alittle extra. Meaning you get just alittle more and great staff. Maybe next time my visit wont irritate me, as much.
I give this place a 5 star. Great service we went through drive-thru. The young gentleman was efficient, courteous, & smiled the whole time. He even took the time to wipe our drinks down & got our order right. I can't say enough nice things about his work ethic or the ethic of the staff in the back of the house. So glad to see customer service isn't dead! Great job Del Taco!!!
I usually come on the weekends and the drive thru is always long and when i go inside the staff is loud and all over the place. Today was very different. Although there was only three girls working they got everything done. Their customer service was amazinggg and way beyond what i have experienced here. management needs to recognize these three ladies because all three of them knew exactly how to manage a store and keep it organize! great job ladies, i hope to see you guys more often!
