If you want a good blizzard I suggest going elsewhere. My husband and I came in for some blizzards because it's been so long since we had one and I regret wasting my money here. We came in before like 5 people and everyone got their meals, drinks, ice creams, and blizzards before us. Then when we finally got our blizzards they were most of the way melted and we over heard that they were quote on quote "thrown away" as they are trying to clean the cup enough to make it look presentable. This place is TERRIBLY managed and needs to work being more professional and start doing their job right.I would suggest going elsewhere.. but that's me
Great food like always from here but today I wanted to review the store because the lack of urgency and the work ethic was horrible reminded me why I don't work in fast food. Overall flamethrower was great chili dog good fries were a bit stale and I live only 3/6 minutes from here so I know it wasn't the travel. Only thing I see could be better is the employees they are at work and they need to be professional. Play time is when you are home on your day off or if you call in sick to go to a party and not work.
went in with my mom to order a cake for her birthday and witnessed the most rude exchange with the person working there. she was so unfriendly and barely muttered two words besides rudely taking information for the pick up. she made absolutely zero eye contact and stared at the counter the entire time except to take our money of course. unbelievable. we honestly should've walked out but my mom really wanted the cotton candy cake in particular and was so upset with how the woman treated her. learn some respect. absolutely ridiculous
I almost didn't come here because the recent reviews are not great, however I wanted to give this store some grace and give them a shot. I was mistaken. I came well after lunch rush and there was only one person in the drive thru in front of me. I ordered, paid and they told me to move around the front and they would bring it right out. I don't know what your employees do in there but it doesn't take 20 min to fry up a few chicken strips and French fries. I wasn't even able to enjoy my food and soggy bread because my lunch break was wad over. All I was hoping for was some good fresh food before I spent the rest if my day caring for my patients. If I wanted food that took forever I would have went to a sit down restaurant.
Ronella did an amazing job! The food was great! Great attitude and service all around! She was enthusiastic and a joy to be around! We will definitely be back soon based on the service and experience! They've got TVs on the walls too for sports!
The lobby closes early for no reason without notice, the drive through is always much slower than other locations, and the employees don’t seem to care on bit about their product or your experience.**Edit The area directly outside the front door smelled strongly of marijuana and the employees could not stop laughing long enough to take an order. Guess that explains why they locked up early this time.
Always good service. If on budget you can get meal with dri k and a sundae under $10. Professional. Polite. Courteous. Food and ice cream ? always correct and on point.
No Hello. No smiles. Used to deliver food to table if dining there. Now, just yell for you to pick up. When I picked up order, small fries missing. Then corrected/added. Flavors just OK.
Don’t usually have bad experiences here but tonight was pretty bad. There was a longer line than usual which was understandable with the dining area closed off. Ordered two meals and when we received our food one order was completely wrong. When I mentioned part of our order was wrong the response was im not making any more food that’s too bad and the staff just went about their business like I wasn’t waiting.
The worst customer service I've ever had! The drive-thru woman was unnecessarily rude with me when I tried ordering the wrong kind of chicken I ask for grilled chicken instead of rotisserie chicken she loudly and rudely corrected me and told me they only had "crispy chicken" which isn't true so I when I reordered the rotisserie BLT salad with no dressing she was extremely rude again and replied all our salads are BLT salad so are you saying you want the rotisserie chicken salad bowl even though I just said I wanted the rotisserie chicken BLT salad with no dressing she clearly wasn't listening because then she proceeded to ask me what kind of drink I wanted. I didn't even order a drink I said I didn't want a drink I just wanted to no sugar added Dilly bar and then she asked me what kind of dressing I wanted! by then I was annoyed and I said "again I don't want any dressing" she replied "well you should have said that in the first place!" so then of course I said "I told you 3 times I don't want any dressing" and then she got even louder and replied oh well I didn't hear you say that! Finally I just said "well then you should pay attention" at that point she just refused to serve me and thought that it would make it okay if she told me to have a good day as if I'm really going to have a good day after being treated like that!
