I’m not really sure what is going on here. This is the second time in a row my mother and I have ordered the Founders Favorite and it has been SO wrong, it tastes like an entirely different ice cream. I have to go and check the website to see if the ingredients have changed which I’m almost certain they have not so I’m not quite sure what the problem is?? Training maybe?? I’ve never seen a manager at this location and we are here at least 3 times a month. Maybe they need a corporate visit to get things back on track??
Been coming to this location for a year if you want a milkshake don't bother they either don't have milk or say the blender is broken to make it worse staff always has a stupid smirk on their face when informing you they can't make your milkshake very unprofessional and poorly ran operation

Usually a good place to go for some creamy ice cream. I just despise some of the employees lack of professionalism and customer service, most times.
Kind of hidden away in a corner but still a Cold Stone. The obly one lady there had her hands quite full it wasn't busy so it wasn't bad but it would have been better for her if there was one more set of hands. Outside of that it was quite a standard experience, a little dirty, but plenty of stocked ice cream, short line, but they mix it fresh so it takes a second. Still good ?
I arrived at 9:40PM and the doors were locked. It didn't even appear that they had started cleaning anything up yet as everything was still out and ready to serve. I drove over 30 minutes home from work to get there before they closed but they apparently don't close at 10 o'clock like their hours show.
A few months ago I ordered a drink and it took over an hour for them to tell my delivery driver they couldn’t make it because their blender was “broken” and the same thing happened again yesterday. I don’t understand how you can charge people $10 for a drink that you can’t even make but not take items off your menu when they’re unavailable like every other place.
Last night I ordered the strawberry blonde and got strawberry with banana and because i ordered delivery it's not like i could just return it. I'm very disappointed.
Ice cream after a warm-ish day was perfect. We went around 3:15pm today and it wasn't busy at all so we were able to order quickly and leave quickly. My favorite is coffee and banana ice cream mixed with pie crust and walnuts. I know it sounds weird but it is so good!! Try it, if you are open to trying new things. ?
This wasn’t the first time it was pointed out to the young man serving us the portions seemed short. Once confronted he started laughing about it and thought was funny. A young punk and don’t care mentality. A poor attitude and even worst customer service. The next step is for this place to start weighing their portions on a scale. This young punk goes out of his way to short serve the customers. You can tell he gets a joy out of doing this. Next visit he will be bypassed. That’s if we go back. My wife and I have been going there since they opened. Well over 10 years. I got my military discount and the punk got a well deserved zero (0) tip. I told him his attitude and short serving got him a zero tip and he said that’s fine. In other words he didn’t care. If you notice on the reviews they have no response. This shows the management here is terrible and just there to short folks on the servings and rip them off.Greedy bunch and beware.
