Horrible horrible service. Waited in line for near half an hour to not even be spoken to or acknowledged in any way. When I finally spoke to an employee they were extremely rude and seemed bothered to do their job. Made no effort to be considerate and I didn’t feel like anything I said was listened to. Will not be returning.

Been here twice.drive thru speaker is so horrible. First time, they shorted my order of chicken tenders. Second time, they didn't even put the chicken sandwich on my order(hence the speaker is horrible) one 3pc order was totally wrong. No apologies. Even the car before us was having issues with his order. Recommend going to elsewhere ??
Stopped by this location soon after they opened in the morning. The food was fresh, and the staff was friendly. My soda was stale. Wish I had tasted it before I had driven off! Overall satisfied
I was literally just told I could not order food unless it was door dash.Close this joke of a restaurant.The woman working the drive thru literally just said "no".Unbelievable. This is why your franchise is failing
Food is great, service is great, a couple times they forgot some items ordered. Just check your order before leaving.
Seemed like there was only one worker, so the food was ALL pre-made, unseasoned and under cooked! Nothing was fresh! This usually my go to Church's but today killed that vibe! VERY DISAPPOINTING ?
The French fries were not good. They taste like they were re-fried and they were soaked with grease. There rest of our meal was great! Customer service was fantastic!
Chicken here use to be high quality and Large in size. Stopped here today for a family meal for my fam as usual and Was totally upset. Legs and Thighs in the meal was a total waste of money .The employee gave me chicken and Mashed potatoes with no gravy in the drive thru window. I wonder what ever happened to the big chicken and quality at Church's.
