You would think that the fact that they just converted their games over to the cards system they would work but half of the games were out of order. Food was good, but cashier girl didn't seem to know what she was doing and the boy at the prize counter seemed as he hated his job I understand being frustrated by all the kids but if your going to work in a kid oriented job their is no need to be rude!
I went and had a lot of fun with my daughter, we saw Chucky and other crazy kids in this place. This place was fun, filthy, and had no one to vacuum nor clean the tables after folks left. You must understand this is a place where children run loose, there will be pizza all over the place. The pizza tasted really good, they have it down with the taste- one problem, I waited like 35 minutes for my pizza. It’s all right to wait a little if it’s going to taste great, one more note, I am not familiar with making a pizza, but I am sure it must take serious effort, there was no one left at the counters. Will I go here again? Absolutely I will, I fit in all the dynamics in this place, you don't have to be fake, you just have to be fun! See you all there!!!

This location is honestly not too bad i always take my kiddos and family they usually help me out very quickly and the staff so far have been ok to us. It's pretty clean and very few games are broken ever since the corporate took over.
I would have given more stars BUT while we were there. A man with a rolling suitcase approached us inside. He told us he was undercover and to give him our money. My husband ran him out of the restaurant and the staff didn't even bat an eye at the scene this guy was causing. Any establishment allowing rift raft to come in and harass paying customers is an establishment that I won't be returning to. Yes, it was reported to staff and the response was oh. And they took away stamping child and parents to keep from children being taken by strangers away from their entrance.
Worst service ever! Waited for an hour for my order finally had to go and check on it. No staff cleaning, the tables were full of trash and dirty!
Horrible I will never come back to this Chuck E. Cheese . Please don’t waist your time coming here . Staff was rude service sucked . Staff on there phones salad bars was dirty . It was a mess all over the place. Staff sitting around talking instead of cleaning up around . The cook came out to bring me my pizza and he was wearing sandles Just vary unprofessional ? should of got a refund
Host was extremely prompt, kind and paid attention to my needs . We were celebrating my daughter 7th birthday ! I will definitely recommend having your child’s party here ! The kids Love the Dipping dots
