I get that Chipotle is busy. But this is a joke. I ordered a delivery through Doordash thinking I could trust the Chipotle staff to do their job. THIS is not what I expect when I order double meat and pay the extra $3 and I get this trash. Thus is basically half full! Excuse me?! Shame on you Chipotle. This is what a $16 bowl looks like apparently when you order delivery.

Very understaffed and horrible line for the number of customers. I wouldn’t have waited but that I finished work after 8 pm and was starving and had more work to do tonight. If I had known beforehand I DEFINITELY would have chosen another location. I’ve been standing as the next person to order for 5 minutes (after waiting 45 already) Bc there are 10 web orders being filled in front of the in person customers with 10 people in line behind me. None of those outside orders are here to pick up their food. Very disappointing experience.

After sitting on the counter and not in the pick up location for 15 mins this is what I opened it up to. It was cold and soggy. This is also supposed to have “extra lettuce”.

The food was good as usual. However, their website would not allow us to order soft chicken tacos. This is also per usual as this is the fourth time over several months this has happened. So we ordered everything but the soft tacos online then I had to stand in line for the soft tacos once I got there. What a hassle.

Sorry to say this but this place is very dirty and has a cockroach infestation. Given the price paid for the food, one would think they would have at least one clean table for 4. Today they did not. There were plenty of tables, but all were filthy, and they sat dirty for a long time. I had to ask 2 times that they please clean one. The request was completely ignored at first, but they eventually sent an upset employee out to clean some tables. As we finished our meal, my daughter pointed out that she saw some cockroaches, and one of them was actually on the floor right in front of us.

Best Chipotle I’ve ever been to thus far, flavors pop unbelievably. Great Service. Everything was available. My new Fave?

This supposed to be a steak burrito bowl. I was lucky if there was any steak at all! No beans and when I ordered it with them. This isn't my 1st order here but it might be my last! My food is always thrown together and hardly anything ever in them. COVID has ruined every fast food restaurant made the workers lazy and u can forget about any customer service!

Staff is great but absolute horrible manager. New worker we had no problem with (learning), but he was absolutely horrible with the training and when our group asked for a little bit more meat on our stuff because what was put on was the littlest amount we’ve ever had at any chipotle, He (the manager) was a total jerk to us and made a smart comment to us which threw us all off as normally we have no problems. Food was good wish we had more meat that we paid for, but absolutely horrible manager.

Do not order from this Chipotle location using the app or the website, neither delivery nor pickup. It is exceptionally busy, there is no security on the pickup shelf (which is out of view of the working staff), and during peak hours, there is a high chance your order will be stolen. This happened to me twice today with two large orders.The first order was delivery, but the driver did not deliver the food. Thinking it might have been a DoorDash issue, I requested a refund through Chipotle, and placed a second order for pick-up. However, when I arrived just fifteen minutes after my food was supposed to have been ready, it was not there, it was not in progress, and it was not in queue. Furthermore, when I addressed the problem with the staff, they were rude and dismissive, telling me that it was now a policy that they could not remake stolen food, and that I needed to call for a refund (this on my second attempt to buy food from them).I will never be ordering from this location again. I don’t care if it’s policy; if it is, screw the policy and serve your customers. Chipotle can take the hit (they’ve had record profits for six quarters running), and if this particular store can’t, then that’s a negotiation the owner needs to have with the corporation.

I LOVE the Chipotle app, mobile order and pickup makes this a favorite for lunch.I really appreciate the work the staff at this location does to keep up with the orders. I know things can be tough in the current workplace and economic environment and the people working here and in similar jobs at other places probably don't get thanked enough for the work they do.I've never had a bad mobile order experience here ?
