Always a great lunch or dinner. Applebee's level price and atmosphere. Burgers, fajitas, salads, etc. Decent drinks. The margaritas are generous. The staff is about average, not spectacular or bad. I go to the location in Goodyear and am not disappointed. This is a nice family place. The place is clean, good temperature, and remarkably well staffed considering the labor market right now. Not my choice for date night or special occasion, but it's great for a nice quick meal.
There is always good service here. Plus it's a great place to relax and have a good drink with family or friends.
The Hostess was friendly as well as our waitress. There was a wide selection of food and beverage choices. Our waitress was attentive and made every effort to explain and accommodate our condiment, beverage refill and remaining leftover food takeout needs. She was quick and efficient. The food was served hot although there was a need to explain once I received my order, the small portion. I order the special which I was then explained was half size. I would have liked a bit more, but that would be another order being placed. Overall for a 1st time visit I can away satisfied, if not really full.
The enchilada soup and Southwestern Cesar with shrimp is yummy!! Johnny the bartender is great at his craft and very friendly!
Definitely a wait if you don't call in before so be sure to call in before you get there unless you are going at a awkward time. The food was good along with the drinks. They have tvs' and watched the Celtics vs heat game. Heat in 7
It was late on a cool Saturday night Megan, aka sparky, our hostess greeted us with a beaming happy smile. With her shift coming to an end In about an hour she still was excited to seat us.Jedidiah was quick to the rescue, quenching our fiery thirst and rustling the appetizer in the blink of an eye.His cool demeanor showed he was a savvy under pressure kind of guy, bursting with enthusiasm and ready to complete his mission to serve us.Accomplished... Dinner was served in a speedy time.The grub was perfect. To the unknown people in the kitchen. Kudos and a tip of the hat to all of you.Tho the drunks were thrown out just before our arrival the atmosphere was perfect.The tables were clean enough to play cards on. Or even eat on.Thank you all for a pleasant and delightful night.
Haven't been to Chili's in over two years but glad we popped in. The hostess got us seated quickly. Our server was pleasant and friendly. Our food came out hot and delicious. I forgot how good the food was. My family and I enjoyed our Saturday out.
Terrible customer care service. I got severe food poisoning and the run around with management and corporate on handling the matter. I was sent "welcome back" gift card and promised the refund. I'm still waiting on refund and Nancy from corporate is avoiding emails. They refused to compensate medical, pain and suffering.
Early dinner with my 2 David's. We had Texas cheese fries for the App. Babe had the Just bacon burger with fries, and I had the Chicken Bacon Ranch quesadillas. Everything was so delicious. Took togo plates. Also had a sunrise margarita. Drinks are strong ?
The waitress was nice but we didn't see her much. There isn't much staff. So you have to wait quite a bit. This isn't a place to eat if you are in a hurry during lunch! ?. There is a tablet assigned to your table. We had to pay $1.99 to unlock the games in the tablet for my son. When the tablet died not only could he not play the games but we also couldn't pay! So we had to sit and wait until our witness showed up again. Then we could ask to get a new tablet and pay for our meal. I'm short, good food but make sure you aren't in a hurry if you choose to eat here.
