This store now has the worst drive-thru service I’ve ever experienced. I literally saw people go in and eat and then come back out while still in line for over 30 minutes. This drive-through used to run smooth until they split it into 2-lanes, One for regular drive-through orders on site and the other for mobile orders. The problem is they both merge into one anyway and even after waiting over 30 minutes they still end up parking you in the Lowe’s parking lot with their numbered cones. Word of advice, if you’re going to order from here, park yourself in the Lowe’s parking lot and then walk in for your order. I mean it’s good but not that good.
Customer service was good.Food was ok but it was a nightmare getting in and out of and we were walking there! I could not imaging driving as it was chaotic! It was apparent that their focus is on the drive through. We had to wait in line for 10 minutes with only one cash register open for people dining in. The dining room felt cramped but was clean. The wait for our food was about five minutes. I ordered 4 tenders and a frozen lemonade and fries. Super expensive for chicken it was good don't get me wrong but nothing to write home about....its chicken.I felt the food was good enough to go back but only if their is no line!! Not worth the wait in my opinion.
Not my favorite. I realize that my opinion puts me in the minority. Most people love this place. It has nothing to do with this particular location. As a matter of fact the staff here was quite friendly, (thus the three star rating). I am just not a fan of the soggy flavorless food. With so many other fried chicken restaurants to choose from the competition is fierce and everyone needs to step up their game. The first time I tried Chick-fil-A was about 10 years ago and now I remember why I hadn't wanted to try it again. I guess it took me a decade to forget.
Food is on point everytime! Staff is very nice. Lines can be super long, I've waited in the Drive-through for an hour before. But I think they still deserve 5 stars because that's not really their fault. Chick-fil-A is so good that it attracts a lot of people.
Our family of 4 visited for dine in for the first time here in 2 years. We were excited to go back to eating like we used to before the plandemic ruined the world. Unfortunately, they’ve taken a major step back in customer service and experience. Every order inside is still treated like take-out. You don’t get your drink until you get your food. I asked for my drink at the time of order and was refused twice. Finally a third employee had the common sense to treat the customer well. Tables are dirty, seating has been reduced. Food was fine. We won’t be going back to this chickfila.
While I'm not a fan of their politics, I do like their food and service. This location is convenient to get to from the freeway and proved to be a great place to stop in the middle of an 8 hour drive. The courteousness of the staff and the cleanliness of the seating areas and bathrooms was very good. The only complaint/suggestion I have is the layout of the drive thru and parking lot. During busy hours, don't bother finding a close space and park at Lowe's next door.
Always busy not really their fault as its the only Chick-fil-A in the area. Otherwise 5 stars
Every single time we’ve ordered from this store in the last year, this is how full the large fries are. Quality control is slipping.
I love chick-fil-A! I was a worker here for more than 4 years! love my co-worker and my employer! Great foods and great people! Love the spicy chicken sandwich so much and the spicy strips even it makes my stomach upset because spicy is not good for me but i can’t keep my eyes and mouth away from it hehe.. Recommended to everyone!
This place does indeed let you order ahead through the app, which prevents them needing to take your order in the drive thru saving time. Also, I find that even when there is a long line, the usually tend to be able to rush people through making the wait time never longer than 15 minutes.
