I ordered on the app. Once I got to the store, I was turned away as I was told there was not enough staff and that I was out of luck and try calling.After several phone calls to the store with no answer, I went online to the feedback and requested a callback. Nothing…I’m out $25 for an order I never got, and I’m not pleased.I expected more from Carl’s Jr.
After getting the order wrong the manager, cashier and the person in the back intentionally tampered with the replacement food and tried to hand it to me with a strait face. The owners of this franchise should be embarrassed with their hiring choices. I know it's slim pickings right now, but you shouldn't keep anyone with that sort of behavior in the food industry...
Went through Drive Thru and ordered a chicken sandwich combo. Got home and had received a double cheeseburger and soggy fries. Called twice and no response and they didn’t even give me a receipt. Never going back.
My kids love this Carl's Jr and I don't think I have even gotten a wrong order from here ?Thank you guys!!
Just your average CJ. The drive thru here can be painful at times since you can enter it from 4 different directions.

I order a Famous Star with cheese, NO ONIONS! Repeated twice. no onions! He confirmed! No onions. Receipt shows No Onions! Yep! You guessed it. Onions!!! Come on people!!! There was a person in the Drive thru ahead of me that order bags of ice. How touch can this be to get the order right!
It’s 11pm and your drive thru has a cone blocking it . But Uber eats allows for ordering from this location , I’m confused .employees are here but I cannot order ?? Seems odd.
The service I got was amazing. The food was fresh. My only complaint is my chicken tenders were a bit overdone.
Drive threw is always rude, an always rushing you even if there isn't anyone else in line. An they screw up my order almost every time. And even if they get my order right the food is old, or overcooked. Youd be better off eating out at the dollar store than this specific carls jr
