3 times in a row on Friday afternoons they run out of milkshake mix and asked about it get very rude answers and jose very impolite
The guy tsking my order andwered the drive up window laughing and talking to someone. I couldnt tell if he was talking to me or someone else.Their order board was offline (which I reported at the window and the guy couldn't have cared less) I asked for a simple hamburger, no pickle or tomato and BBQ sauce, mayo and bacon. I paid exact change to male it easy. I drove away and there was no bacon. I drove back to have it corrected and instead of apologizing for inconvenience and fixing me a new hot sandwich, the manager proceeded to give me a couple strips of cold bacon. No apology, nothing. Completely unphased that I had had to drive back and physically walk in (defeating drive-through convenience). This is not the first time this location has messed up my order. There have been at least 2 other times the same thing has happened. It would be nice if they actually made the order as requested.
Good food and it was all hot. Clean restaurant and customer focused manager was on duty helping out in the kitchen. This location is a good one to eat at, including inside the restaurant.
This branch does not honor the coupons from its own app. Most of the cashiers are not helpful especially the one that I encountered today. She did not attempt to resolve the matter. The service isn’t friendly either. I’ll no longer be taking my business here (I ordered at 3:24 PM on 2/25 if that matters).
This burger king has the worst customer service I have experienced any where and not just once, every time I go here they are not friendly or polite.
Dining room was closed, drive thru attendant said they can't accept coupons. I think this location is having issues.
Staff was quick and accurate. Sandwiches were perfectly prepared at the correct temperature

Had issues with my method of Payments. The day shift manager tried to help but? Was unsuccessful attempts. Unprofessional response was given walked away ti the nearest ATM no issues with my Bankcard,back to the Store paid due amount. My order was cold and uncompleted. Amazing how BK has change as far as customer care goes. You see I worked for BK store #32. In future times will not patronize this particular store. Management and crew needs retraining.
