Went here with my family to get some lunch due to running around all day and we were starving.What a mistake!The lobby was disgusting. Our feet were sticking to the floor, trash all over the place, and not one clean place to sit. It was completely empty too.Staff was just standing around or playing around and when we got our food....let just say, we already knew by then what to expect.Avoid this place. Food poisoning was feared by us all. I had the worst stomach ache cause of the burger here and will not be returning EVER!This location really needs to be addressed!

No welcome in. No thank you after. When you hand out the cup, do not stick your finger inside the cup. Not good health practices. And most importantly.... Find something to do as you are getting paid by the hour. Show effort! Show work integrity. - auditor

Everytime I've ordered they always mess up and give me the wrong burger and the wrong size.. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger no pickles and no mustard and recieved a kids size no cheese burger. Went back and reordered, then got a SINGLE burger DRENCHED IN MUSTARD! Seriously??? $8 for the wrong burger and not even what I wanted. Ordered lemonade and it tasted like it had soured, couldnt even swallow it. This is my last time going to any burger King, not wasting any more money for food I didn't order or want.

Worst location ever. Extremely dysfunctional staff. Take forever to get food out and it is subpar. Got my order wrong they took the whole bag threw it through the air into the trash and remade it. Staff ery unprofessional and were acting like children.

I ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and the bread is completely burned on both sides and a tiny bit of lettuce and to much mayo, and they were not even busy, this is ridiculous

A customer will walk in and the staff will look at the customer but continue doing what they were doing instead of saying " I'll be right with you". It's not the wait( which is long ).it's the fact that the customer is not acknowledged AT ALL. And on top of that, there's never any chicken for the sandwiches so I basically have to order something I didn't go there for. Very Unprofessional staff

I waited 35 minutes in drive thru to get to the window. Then I paid and they told me that one of the sandwiches wasn't done and they needed more time. So then they told me to go back through drive thru line. Then it took another 15 minutes to get back to the window. To top it all off the fries were cold. They were friendly just under manned

Took a long time to order, and a long time to get the food afterwards. The Ch'King sandwich was soggy, and the burger was blasais, hardly any condiments on either sandwich. I should have went the other way to a different location. Will steer clear of this Burger King locationfrom now on. I know the food can be 100% better, just had the same meal three days ago and it was very good - would give that location 5 stars. The store was on McDowell Road, wast of Dysart Rd.

Very long wait for food, didn’t give me my drink. And customer service wasn’t there. Please hire people who actually want to work. Or don’t bother to be open if you can’t function fully

It was a horrible experience I pulled up to the drive too I drive to and there Was one person ordering then it was my turn but they told me to hold so I held for approximately 5 minutes which is ridiculous then I finally ordered and then I had to wait in line of about 4 people but that took a long time. I finally received my order and when I got home to eat it everything was so salty it was horrible.
