Horrible customer service I understand if you're having a bad day but over and over again? Do something else if you're that miserable.
Stopped by for a quick bite and it was just enough to my liking.
This was how my sandwich was. The bun was not very soft and it was not warm.
The pandemic left these guys a little short handed but they’ve never taken an unreasonable amount of time to get our order out to us. They also tend to give us gobs of their sauces upon request and we love BK ranch so it’s deeply appreciated. We’ve not had any real issues with this particular location and it’s our choice of BK locations from now on.
Waited in drive through for 25 minutes. No one ever took my order or even said anything through the speaker after multiple attempts at me saying HELLO?? This is not the first time I've waited insanely long at the drive through. It should be closed and dine in only if they can't accommodate having dine in and drive through orders at once
Lobby is closed and drive-through line is ALWAYS at a standstill. They’re definitely understaffed but then they shouldn’t have the store open if they don’t have enough workers. Im done with this franchise BK. Next time driving to a different location and back home, will still beat the 40 minutes of wait time at this location for sure!!!!
Intended to dine in, 5 minutes no staff all behind the broiler and one on a headset, drove around the drive through, she couldn't understand my orders? Best moving on out.
They gave me lukewarm stale food, so I returned and asked for the order to be made fresh, waiting 20+ minutes just for them to give me a soggy, microwaved burger and onion rings! It was disgusting!
I just went 1/20/22 12:45 pm ish to bk and ordered a chicken sandwich meal go it home and found this I am pretty sure they had to notice this whenAssembling The sandwich these
Pretty good place it was under staff but still got some impossible burgers. Can't stay away from burger king. And that cha king not bad!
