We love Arriba! We have enjoyed Arriba since they opened this restaurant in Goodyear. The food is great, the staff is always very friendly and attentive. The Margaritas are yummy, especially the big ones. Also, Pacifico on tap is a huge bonus. Go give it a try.
food was delicious as always and services was fast.
SERVER THREW MY CREDIT CARD BACK IN MY FACE!!Went into this restaurant for dinner last week. Waited over 45 minutes for my food. Told the server that we just wanted our check so we can leave. We were tired of waiting. Server handling our table never came by the whole time to give us a status on the food. Server was rude and very short with the customers. The table across from us told us they had waited over an hour for their food. Because of this, and the poor service, they mentioned that they left a "zero tip". We gave our CC to a "manager" , just at that second I realized that I was not going to pay for a soft drink and a small appetizer we had. I told the manager we were not going to pay (under $10.00) for the hassle of wasting our time, gas, and the fact that eating there was our dinner. We wasted over an hour. . She took the CC to the back of the store anyway and said she would be right back. About a minute later ...... the server comes out of the back, walks by our table, throws the CC in my face and runs to the back as quick as she could. The server was very lucky that night that besides the issues in that restaurant, that I was in a good mood or I would have chased her in the back. I called the corporate office the next day and left a message for a Mr Brown. I never received a call back from him. This restaurant is the worst, and the corporate stiffs ignore you when you have an issueI've told my family members and coworkers about this. At least 15 people so fat are stunned by the story and will never eat in that restaurant again.
Went yesterday for early dinner. Staff was very courteous. The food was amazing. The server was very polite and was down to earth. It was so nice to have a great meal and have such a wonderful experience. I will definitely eat there again. The salsa was so fresh and delicious too.
Went on a Saturday night, expecting to wait for any kind of seating, but there was a table in the bar area, that we got seated at right away. The wait staff was amazing and helped us decide on what to get. The margaritas were tasty too and not too bad in price. Good quality sit down mexican food.
It's alright. The shrimp tacos were not at all impressive though. My husband's red Chili burrito was good. The service was great. Our server was very attentive and provided great service.
Decent food. Not great. Hatch chilis are hot. Just a warning. I eat spicy food and it's spicy. Fajitas and a lunch Taco plate. $38.00...not including tip. They provide free chips, salsa, and bean dip. Good price for the food. I have gone back a few times prior to this last time.
Food was delicious. However when the waitress never comes to refill your drinks or give any type of service it doesn't sit well with me. And when I saw the waitress leave my credit card on the bar, unattended for anyone to walk by and grab while she went to serve some drinks is when I decided I'm not going back. Who leaves someone's credit card unattended?
Let's start off with I've never seen Chile Verde that's not green...It was edible, at most.It didn't taste like pork, and it had more ground pepper than actual heat from chili peppers. The rice was kind of dry and the flour tortillas are microwaved so they were tough in less than two minutes.I was on lunch break and starving so I didn't complain to the waitress. The bean dip that they serve with salsa was under seasoned. So disappointed.Coworker suggested the chef may have been replaced recently, he'd eaten there before and mentioned it was better, his food had no spice this time and it was under seasoned as well.
Had lunch as part of a party of five. Service was very good. Food was served hot and was delicious. The chips and salsas were abundant.Because Arriba's leans toward New Mexico style cuisine, it typically is more spicy than the Mexican food restaurants in the valley. Their "medium" is other restaurants' "hot".
