Great service. Happy hour was great. Ended up getting the 2 for 29 with the full rack and it was tasty. The steak wasn't impressive. It was tough unfortunately. Overall great experience. Definitely go back but stay away from the steak.
Visited this location on a Saturday after noon. as well as a couple day's before my birthday, wanting to enjoy some delicious appetizers & drinks w/my family. The food was amazing & usually is, location is clean, & pretty friendly staff too! Well...to my mistake I was under the impression that Happy Hour was 3-6 p.m. everyday of the week, even on weekends. But, of course the hour's have to change up on Friday's - Sunday's. We only expected to order half price app's & drinks, which was plenty enough. The waiter was friendly & attentive, but the big issue is they didn't even warn me, as I was pointing out on the Happy Hour menu to order from that it was not in fact Happy Hour time/prices right now. Get the bill & it's more than $40 higher than anticipated. Advised our waiter, who apologized, stated they only focus on serving the food & don't always remember to mention if it's Happy Hour time or not. To me, being in customer service for so many year's now, that's called not doing your job effectively & passing the blame somewhere else. Now I realize I am really the one who is at fault & made the accidental mistake. I was being nice & joking w/the waiter, asked if an exception might be done at my expense. Few min's later, a manager came over & I told him what had happened. All they did was say if they try to ring it in on the register, it won't let them give the Happy Hour prices & can only make an exception in, "extreme circumstances." Well, I said couldn't this be considered that now, in light of me unknowingly not realizing the food & drinks were regular prices, plus my B-Day is only a couple day's away. Manger replied by telling me, "If they do it for me, then they'd have to do it for everyone else who asked. But, we could give you a free dessert for your birthday." Really?! Wow! Thanks for nothing. Didn't take their free dessert offer & wrote a little note on the receipt to let them know I wasn't very happy w/the service. Overall, I know it was my mistake to begin with, but w/the rising cost of everything these day's, it would have been nice to get a break from a well know Chain Restaurant. Disappointed and felt taken advantage of.
Food is mediocre, music sucks. Usually a long wait. If you're gonna go for $100 dinner plus tip I'd spend it someplace that isn't all deep fried and lightly seasoned.
Food was good & the service was good. This place is close to my home & we go here often when we don't know where else to go. You get your food quick here as well. I am rating this a 4 star place because the food is sometimes hit or miss. But I will continue to come here!
A big favorite of ours... As we are sports nuts. Incredible service every visit. Managemt checks to ensure your visit is stellar. It's nice n cold inside so bring a sweater if you are dressed for summer az residents... The peach tea is our favorite their salads are great too ?
Hanging out with friends and a roommate before one moves over to the Big island... and yes this place was the place to do it... the memories of good time was right ...the food was on point and the atmosphere could not have been any better... a wise saying is when your meet a true friend ... your family will grow... so thanks Applebee's ? for having the table for my growing family...your guys are among the best ??...
4 stars bc the customer service is decent and the food is good. However!!, the mixed drinks are a ripoff. Obviously, very little alcohol is actually in it. I couldn't even taste the liquor at all tbh. But if you do drink there go straight for the beer or shots.
The ambience was perfect, not too crowded or too loud.The food is reasonably priced.Our hostess Claudia made sure we where well taken care of by making sure we had everything to enjoy our meal.
Came for a free Veteran meal. They sat us quickly even though they were packed. Food and drinks were good. Waiter was very attentive.
Came here for veterans day with my mom. The hosts were well organized, and we were seated quickly. It took at least 10 minutes to see our server and get drinks ordered. The food came quick once we did get to order, I got the steak and shrimp with mashed potatoes. The steak was chewy but still good, the potatoes and shrimp were great. I think if it had not been a holiday the food would have been better but otherwise it was a good experience.
