Our go to when we do not want to wait and we just want some good wings. My family loves the golden medium sauce. I prefer the buffalo medium. The fries are good when they are hot. Request them hot otherwise they come cold. The huge diet cokes make me so happy. The zipparitas are a fan favorite.
Nice roomy sports bar with great happy hour specials. No 5 star rating cause the food was what you would expect at a sports bar, nothing extra special. Staff are always friendly.
Came to this restaurant because I always had a good experience but today was not the same. The managing skills here is so horrible, the manger does not know how to run this restaurant at all, customer service was trash as well. I was here for an hour before they came to my table of 5 to ask what we wanted to eat. Had to wait 15 minutes just for my drinks. Was here celebrating a birthday but sadly ruined my night. After ordering my food I had to wait 45 minutes. While I was eating I asked for a refill, NOTHING. Left the place very upset. Karen was my waiter. Do not recommend.
This place was amazing. And Amy our bartender was even better. The zipparitas we're made to perfection. The wings were absolutely perfect. My lady had a chickn club sandwich and it was amazing as well.Amy is a great bartender. And is an asset to your company. She's amazing.
Who doesn't love Zipp's? Went to Citadel location to watch football....fantastic service! I think Ana was her name? The food, however, was fried in oil that didn't seem hot enough to get crispy....spring rolls were greasy gut-bombs that could've been better (had the oil been proper temp or not overused) I was going to get a burger but saw one go by with a glossy bun which spoke more grease to me...definitely be back! Just maybe not for food....
It seems the service quality has gone down. Last visit there we waited just under twenty minutes before anyone came to ask us for anything. Then after ordering we watch the shelf where orders are out after the cooks make them and some food sat there for long periods of time. The food has to be like warm at best once served.
This place is great! The staff is awesome and friendly. I only wish it were open a bit later than midnight on the weekends but other than that the place is great and its a bomb spot to catch a good game. There are TVs everywhere.
My husband, son, and I love Zipps. The food, drinks, atmosphere, and the employees are great. We come here roughly 2-3 times a month. Typically we have great service but tonight was terrible. My husband and I understand how busy It is especially on a Friday night but we were waiting >1 hour for our order with no acknowledgement or check in’s or drink refills by our waitress, Daisy. Please consider retraining, I don’t want future customers to be lost because we truly do love this place.
Thoroughly enjoyed the Zipparitas! Watermelon, mango, and chambord were tasty. I'll have to come back and try the other flavors.The mozzarella sticks and chicken fingers were alright. Tasted good but not what I was expecting. Mozzarella sticks were wrapped in wonton skin like an eggroll, and the chicken was breaded weirdly. Not bad, but mildly disappointed because I was expecting classic comfort food.
Every single time we come for takeout it takes double to triple the time for the estimated wait time to be completed. No One ever seems to care about expectations or a timeline at all. Management and the owners really need to step in.
