Fantastic drinks! I've only tried 2 of them so far, the watermelon smoothie with real chunks of watermelon on top.. You'd expect it to be that fake watermelon too sweet taste but instead it was so refreshing! And the other was the strawberry cream Brule I think its called. They both were delicious! Unfortunately they were out of boba when I visited though ?
I'm addicted to this dang place for drinks. They have a spicy watermelon drink that I'm in love with. Chunks of fruit and it always tastes fresh. About $6.50 a person for a drink. Honestly I don't recommend the food it wasn't very good, I threw mine out after 2 bites.
This place is cool, it has a little bit of everything. a perfect for a lunch place or a snack place. I'd mainly go here for drinks though, but they're not slacking if your hungry
So I’ve been dying to try this place for a very long time but, it’s about 45 min drive. Well week n half ago I took that drive and food was amazing drinks are small for price and lil pricy but tasted AMAZING. Even got my more to bring to friend. Well went in a few days later with my family. Long story short waited an hour for our food more than a dozen people came and left and door dash orders leaving. Was approximately 40 mins and I finally said something as my kids patients were running out quickly. The girl had a attitude and I kept my temper down asked to speak to a manager she went on her phone in the corner than offered to refund one item and no food also she let our food sit approximately another 15 mins in this process didn’t say it was ready. She kept making excuses that made no sense denied me speaking to a manger I was furious we took our COLD SOGGY FOOD and left was a waste of time and money waiting from a response from management as I filed a complaint. Horrible customer service from that lady and awaiting corporate level complaint results.
Very upset. I ordered a travel cup with a matcha milk tea via post mates as well as a double sip cup. The two drinks in the sip cup was amazing but the travel cup matcha I only got to get a sip or two before the strap broke causing me to drop it. Not only did I waste 10$ and not get to enjoy my drink I had a huge mess to clean up. Very unhappy
Bought cold brew coffee jelly as I want to try their new release drinks half of my drink is ice! I like the the taste but it’s not enough for big boys coffee lovers
Spicy watermelon is where it's at!!! My hubby likes the spicy Dole whip.. but they have a huge selection of drinks, something for everybody. The half and half cups allow you to try 2 different flavors at once so you don't have to pick just one, which is pretty neat!
Awful customer service. Placed an online order at 2:41 PM, received notification it was ready for pickup at 2:49 PM, went in to receive it by 2:54 PM. Requested our order and was informed it hadn’t even been made; this was 3:08 PM. Did not receive drinks or refund. Never even in busier establishments in other areas, have I ran into this issue.Edited to add: no refund given and was told could not receive one through store and now also cannot retrieve a refund through Postmates either.
Staff was very kind and welcoming so my review is for the fact that the elote bowl is gone and was replace by a much smaller cup and is the same 5.50$ in price so tell me how the size dramatically changed to less and the price stayed the same …. Maybe offer a larger size I had to order 3 to get what use to get ?♂️
I usually go to the location at Tempe Marketplace but I work close to this one, so whenever I take drinks to coworkers I stop here on the way. ? The staff is very sweet and efficient! I'm out the door in a jiffy!
