It is expensive, limon pepper wings are so good, but fries are disgusting

Went in for a nice lunch by myself today. They had extremely foul mouthed rap BLASTING to the point I was uncomfortable. I went to my car to get headphones and listen to my own music while I ate. I could still hear their music over mine. I bring my family here and if my child was with me I would have said something. The f word should not be the most common word used in restaurant music!

They are busy but friendly. Took a while for order but told me about it ahead of time. Area was clean and the food was made fresh…fully staffed and lots of 2go Orders… Have a variety of options!

Placed take out order for a specific time. I waited 35 minutes past the time, wasting my entire lunch break. Don't offer options you can't fulfill.

Horrible experience here yesterday. Would give 0 stars if I could. Rude cashier who barely acknowledged my existence. I paid $45 for a family bundle and she brought me one bag with one container in it then proceeded to walk to to the kitchen so I thought she was getting the rest of the food. But nope, when she walked back she asked me if I was paying or picking up as if she hadn’t just helped me lol. When I told her I was waiting for the rest of my order she looked confused as if it made sense that one container costs $45 then took my receipt and bag to make sure I wasn’t lying and without saying anything to me went and checked the rest of the bags waiting for pick up. She handed me a second more substantial bag without an apology or even thank you, without a single word. I’m sorry you hate your job so much but no one is forcing you to work there sweetie. Of course the cherry on top was when I got home and my family took out the food the order was completely wrong and not our order. Definitely won’t be returning here again.

The manager Joseph has a terrible attitude towards others . Has no understanding on how to treat people in a place of business. Yelling at a worker while on the phone with a customer when a problem just needs to be resolved is not how a manager should run a restaurant. I want to go to a place where the energy is welcoming and this place is not it.

I witnessed some of the worst management at this location. Employees should not be addressed publicly where customers can see it is very unprofessional and brings and creates a negative atmosphere. I didn’t even try the food I was so disgusted with the managers attitude. Treat others with respect or loose business and employees.

DISGUSTING I have bee ordering from this location for 10 plus years!! I have been disappointed for the last time. This location just keeps getting worse in the last 5 months SAD!!! They do NOT understand well done EVEN tho they ask you in the app or online if you want well done or cooked normal time!! SERIOUSLY not to mention the lemon pepper wings have gone down hill NO FLAVOR BC NO SKIN TO HOLD THE FLAVOR…THE WINGS ARE WHITE ON THE OUTSIDE…….NO BROWN LIKE THEY SHOULD!!Used a coupon THEY sent us in an email that said order online or ON SITE……NOPE the manager AND the franchisee made me go to my truck and order online WHYYYYYY BC they DID NOT CARE to type or KNOW HOW to enter the code!!!! C’mon wake up……SERIOUSLY CLUELESS AND LAZY. GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!!!! Sat in there BC it took 20 MINUTES LONGER and let’s not get excited bc it wasn’t bc they cooked the chicken well done NOPE they had a lot of complaints and made wrong orders and forgotten items, ppl calling in and coming back and NOT HAPPY……. Get it together you guys are seriously under performing and EVERYONE is noticing!!! Ohhh and when corporate sends out coupons LEARN what to do and not be LAZY OR RUDE to the customer BECAUSE YOU don’t know what do BECAUSE you’re LAZY!!! Stop hiring the people that OTHERS wont hire BECAUSE there is reason and YOUR lack of FRANCHISEE skills are starting to show and NOT in a good way!!!! DO BETTER OR STEP ASIDE let someone else who wants to do it right take over because you have given up or you lost your desire to lead/care. I hope you pay attention bc you need too.

Very good place big servings vegetable fresh crunchy it was made to order not just sitting around waiting for somebody to order it. I recommend it
