The store is slammed and I understand there is a national shortage of employees at this moment but to be told it will be 10-15 mins twice from the same person just seems wrong I’m an individual that just wants honesty if I was told it’s going to be 30-40 mins I wouldn’t be leaving this one star review but a lesson was learned today what ever time they give you double it and you will be mentally satisfied
The all chicken strips 4 where delicious as I ate one with a salad for dinner. 2 for breakfast with a scrambled egg in olive oil, that included purple onions, garlic & a tomato with black pepper and Turmeric seasoning. The last one for lunch with a salad! Staff were courteous, respectful with great customer services skills!
I love this wings. Good flavor .buttttt. the place needs cleaning.. . .is perfect for pickup. Don't have napkins ,I saw a paper roll. For all tables.
Ordered online for pick-up. Ordered extra crispy wings, I had to re-cook them in my own air-fryer, did not get any ranch and the wings were swimming in a puddle of oil. Do better please
There is to many employees just doing nothing but yeah they take an hour. To give you just 6pc wings. Plus I asked for traditional wings. They give me boneless. That place sucks. They need to change management. Employees are just standing doing nothing. At 9pm
Picked up food when it was supposed to be ready. Food was cold, requested no seasoning on fries, seasoned fries. People working in the kitchen with mask below their nose or not on at all. People working with hair out.
Customer service is everything in a restaurant. When I called the restaurant asking about the group pack the employee just seem like he didn't want to take my order. I just hung up on him. I'll go to a restaurant who loves taking orders and loves making money..
Found 2 white or blonde curly hairs in our food!! Spend $40 on food just to find hair in it! Tried calling several times but of course no answer!
