That late shift manager is something special. It's hard to find employees with the customer service skills she has. This location feels like it's headed the right direction. Thank you 3 am manager. I appreciate you! Treat her good whataburger. I forgot to mention they were very busy but very fast 6 cars in the drive thru at 2:20am and I the wait wasn't over 10 min.
Whataburger is life! I'm from Texas living in Prescott. Made the trip from Prescott to PHX just for Whataburger.
There was 1 car in front of us in drive through. Their order took awhileThen we were next and our order took awhile too. I'm talking 10 min sitting at the window waiting for the food after paying. 6 employees inside and maybe 3 cars in drive through. They gave us cookies for the long wait. They do not offer military or senior discount. Lame. The food itself was not great. I don't plan on coming back anytime soon.. apparently they're open 24 hrs so if I'm really desperate, I might go back. Otherwise, there's plenty of other better options around.
Order online ..... When I got it it had onions on them with no cheese. I thought the other two burger were fine but wen we got home the had onions on them too. We told them we have someone allergic to onions. So when we got home the burgers still smell like onions which means the probably only scrape the onions and add the cheese. Burgers were so cold there is no way they made a fresh ones for us. I'm not going back there again. Wasted $67 on terrible food because people can't read the ticket right!
I have been to this what a burger before many times and I have never had a problem but I can literally hear all the employees telling the customers that they are out of tortillas they are out of medium cups and out of ketchup. I was fine with getting a large drink cup instead of a medium for no extra charge. But if you run out of ketchup and your a burger shop maybe go across the street to fry’s and buy some and fill up some cups to hand out to your customers. If they just would have told me they were out of ketchup before I ordered a hamburger then I wouldn’t be writing this bad review. Not impressed what a burger.
I haven't been to Wataburger in years and found myself with a sudden urge to give wataburger a try again. I was greeted by an amazing employee (Alexus) who took our order. We sat waiting for our number to be called and in no time at all our order was delivered to our table by a friendly gentleman. The food was great and the order was correct. The lobby was clean and inviting. It was a wonderful experience.
I thought the staff was friendly and the food was good but there was something off about the burger. It's like the patties were not the right size they were too small and my husband didn't get filled from his burger and large fries and that's very unusual.
The food is great, but that drive thru wait is a little long, it took 25 min, in the drive thru..I was 3rd car online, that to me is a little much. The burger was great and the frys hot, so I can't complain too much.
I am new to the Phoenix area and this is my first time trying Whataburger and I was thoroughly disappointed. Both the chicken and the bread were super hard around the edges and generally dry.The service was good so I guess they get 2 stars
The food is good but the service is bad and slow. I went in there this afternoon and stood at the counter with my wallet out ready to order for several minutes. Multiple staff looked at me but did not say anything or come to the register to take my order. After a while a manager came out from the back and told me the lobby was closed. Nothing was posted about that at the door, I saw signed recipets on the counter, and two people sitting at tables. So I asked for clarification. She just repeated the same thing in annoyed tone. They locked the door behind me after I walked out. It was a frustrating experience that would have been prevented with a sign and would have been tremendously better if one of the staff told me that as soon as they saw me.
