Well to start with, the food was pretty good, but one small complaint. I ordered the ultimate skillet with gravy on it. The waitress gave me an extra small bowl of gravy. Ok though she was being nice. But when I get the bill, there is a charge for extra gravy. I did not ask for extra gravy. I know it's only 99 cents, but it's the principal of it. Are you that hard up that you have to give someone something they didn't order, then charge them for it? Not good! Sorry to say but won't be back. Like I said it was only 99 cents, but how many other people has the waitress done this to? I don't need my 99 cents back, but train your people better!!!!!!! I still have the receipt but the waitress name is not on it. Wonder why?
Seated right away but it took awhile to be acknowledged. My order of strawberry crepes with hash browns was disappointing. The hash browns were very crisp. The crepe was too thick & therefore tough. A knife was needed for this meal.
I ordered a pickup order through DoorDash last night. I waited and waited and the order was never marked as ready. After an hour I went down there to find it sitting on a table ready. However, no one could tell me how long it had been sitting out. No one wants cold food. I grabbed my food and exited the restaurant and the unprofessional manager followed me outside. Everyone that has worked customer service knows when the customer exits the store, the conflict has ended and proceed on. But no, he legit followed me out and then proceeded to talk to me as if I was an impatient driver. Honey, that's my pickup order. I spent the cash the feed my family. Either way, driver or customer, you don't follow them outside the store. Very unprofessional. And yes the food the cold. FYI, the chicken sandwich is legit just 2 chicken strips on a bun with cheese and bacon. I could of make that at home. Complete waste of money. They also skimped on the fries. I am not happy with the service or the food. Spend your money elsewhere.
The experience was okay, The food was also okay. Dining inn is usually much better, but not this time. The only item that was warm was the syrup for the pancakes. I never got my sausage. The waitress kept telling me she was going to check on my sausage, but eventually getting my sausage didn't matter because I was finished. Upon leaving the restaurant, I found out that they were short of help in the kitchen. Perhaps next time the experience will be better. To my understanding, more and more restaurants are running short on help these days.
The waitress there was prop on refilling my strawberry drink . She was quick to offer another food item that I was not able to get during to not having item at that time. Amd u never been to a village inn so all in all that first time experience was delicious. I well be bk to hopefully be able to try what I originally wanted to try on there menu.
I was seated immediately to a table that had not been wiped down. After the.table was cleaned my server took my order and in 10 minutes my turkey bacon avocado sandwich came out. The sandwich was average in size but had a good flavor. The small amount of fries that came with my order were undercooked. My server brought a refill of my tea with my order but never came back. I probably won't be back either
The food and service were great. Chose four items off of the VIB menu. Eggs, bacon, French toast, and hash browns. All perfectly cooked. Really busy, but the wait to be seated was under 15 minutes.
Good food and good service. Went after being rained out from playing golf. Had 2 good breakfasts and good, hot coffee.
Bonnie delivered a personal, warm and friendly breakfast experience; like family. She was concerned about my food allergy and checked with the chef to make sure that the food prepared with that it mind. The customized my order. It was wonderful and a great way to start the day.
Service was great but prices have gone. Sadly, quality of food, taste and presentation doesn't match the price increase. Not really a fan anymore.
