Not super friendly staff and overpriced drinks. Staff was on her phone when entering. I entered and approached to order at the counter, I stood there waiting for her to take my order, she didn't say anything and continued on her phone. After a minute she asked me what I would like. I got a large Thai iced tea with boba. The total was $7.27. I was shocked, their large is more like a medium. Super overpriced for mediocre drinks. I used to come to this location before when it was called Rollz N Boba. Their large drink was 4.75 for a large boba Thai tea. The drink is okay, a little too sweet. There are many Boba places now, it should not have to be that expensive. I'll be going somewhere else now.
Ti-Li is our favorite boba spot and the best of all the options in our neck of the woods (west valley, 35th & Glendale, but we'll drive 30 minutes for good boba). Staff is amazing: always willing to make suggestions and even offer samples of an item if you're new to boba, jellies, or milk-teas.It is frequently our "weekend treat" mid-day, when we want a refreshing pick-me-up.
first time visiting since this place transferred ownership and was rebranded. somehow it looks even more tacky inside than before and the milk tea + boba was $7 for a “large” (what would be considered small at most boba shops) milk tea itself wasn’t bad but also didn’t really strike me as the flavor described. honestly just gonna go to Pho and Boba on 67th and Peoria wayyyy better spot
I tried 3 teas the go go mango, kiwi and the peach and lemon grass. The drinks were very good and very sweet. I had excellent customer service this was my first time here and the cashier helped find a drink I might like a made recommendations. The dinning area is fairly large and they have a small section of board games to play. Overall the environment was very positive and uplifting I would recommend. Fairly priced as well.
Drinks were great. Been to a couple bobas nearby and they are more generous with the boba than others. The place is clean, they have plenty of room and chairs to lounge. Good music and overall good vibe. Would recommend 10 times out of 10. And prices are also fair and offer small discount for paying cash. My favorite thing was that they can customize your sweetness level on the drink.

Excellent service and delicious drinks. The employee at the counter was very friendly and helpful. He answered all my questions, offered samples, and made recommendations based on what I said I liked. This was my first visit but won't be my last. The Vietnamese coffee was just fantastic!
Very good service. Asked for ice separately and got a big fancy size bag. Extra boba is a little bit cheaper than another boba place. And the drinks are great. Recommend the honeydew. :)
Went in here one week ago and the male cashier was very passive aggressive towards me. There was nothing special about the flavors, their boba is very bland. The cashier did not wash his hands as well.
My wife and I love this place. Unfortunately, we don't have many boba options close to us, but we make the drive here!
