NASTEA!I think I’m gonna delete the app and stop coming here. These people have HORRIBLE attitudes. Cleanse yourself of the energy of this place when you leave.They don’t value cleanliness or thoroughness.Also, it looks like the owner always leaves the same cookie-cutter response to negative reviews. Guess they don’t even value each individual customer’s experience enough to leave a personal response.
The guy made the 2 drinks so fast. They were done before I even left the cash register. My daughter noticed her drink was not made correctly. Wrong size, wrong drink. The guy remade the drink. I get half way home and noticed my simple drink was messed up . Black tea, Almond milk, stevia. Mine was just black tea. Businesses rely on local residents patronizing their establishments. I live in the neighborhood. Do better, slow down, double check and get off your PHONES!
On google it said they are supposed to be open till 9. Me and my boyfriend walked in around 4:40. there was another couple behind us. The employee yells out that they are closed. We are standing there like, Um okay the sign door did saids 5. We go to walk out the the guy behind us calls out the name of the employee, and he realized who he was. So they go up to the counter and what I assume is they start chitchatting. We go to target and not more the 20 mins goes by, and we see the couple again. I went over to look, and the girl literally had a tastea drink in her hand. The most bazaar thing ever. Your closed to everyone but your friends ? Very unprofessional. We were new customers too, wanting to try it out. Not a very good first impression, and will not be back.
Great menu options and they even have small bites to eat! The shrimp was fresh and deliciously spicy!! Can’t wait to return and try something new
I have been here 3, unfortunately ALL 3 TIMES, they have been out of the OG honey boba! Today, I spent almost $25, for 3 drinks, and two didn't have the right boba in it and didn't taste the same, like a different drink we got. A lot of $$ for 2 inncorrect drinks!
Personally I Enjoyed The Taste Of The Peach ? Drink I Had & I Super Enjoyed The Layers (All But The Last One) Of Yummy ? Chunks Of Fruit ? ? But The Bottom Layer Of Optional 'Bolba' I Could Have Definitely Done Without! It Was Like...? Hot... (Yes, Hot ?) Inside Of A Slushie ? & The Texture Was Like Slimy Jelly Balls Of Awful-Ness. So Next Time No Bolba For Me! The Drink Was However $8+ Dollars For A 32oz Drink Which Is Kinda Steep In My Opinion! But Over All Not A Bad Experience At All!
Nice little tea shop. I ordered a small Peach Me Sweetea with Stevia. Oh my goodness! What a treat for the palate!! The small bits of fruit incorporated into the drink explain the big straw. I should have gotten the large! Lol. It was delicious and worth the price, to say the least.The staff were not at friendly as they could have been, but they were young and it was a Sunday so I won't dwell on it. The drink definitely makes up for it.There is inside seating if you choose. Lots of parking. Accessible parking and entrance.
Ordered a taro milk tea and i dont know what i got. It was not even close to purple. The powder or sugar was not dissolved so every sip had a weird sandy texture. Very light ice. I felt like it was Poorly made and when you pay doordash $15 for this drink it just makes you more upset.
The drink selection is great, many different milk teas, slushies, smoothies, and etc. Having lychee bits in the drinks is a plus for me. The service is pretty fast and the store is clean.
One of my favorite places because of how they cook their boba and the atmosphere. They also have some of my favorite drink options ever, like the Jasmine Milk Tea, Bootea Shaker, and Tiger Milk Tea. The mascot is super cute and the employees are friendly. Their food is also very delicious, the shrimp with level 4 spice is the best!
