Sort of weirded out by the table blocking the entrance... but the staff was really nice! Good food and big selection.
Came in on a Sunday night.Ordered 3 sushi rolls (spicy yellowtail, spicy Salmon, and Snapper) sake and the garlic shrimp.Everybody and everything was great!Bonus! We had it to ourselves. Just know the kitchen closes 30 minutes before the restaurant.Delicious!
The West Virginia was delicious. There was a slight smokey flavor. The Pennsylvania had a little too much going on. The shrimp tempura was very crunchy but there was hardly any shrimp flavor. The fish on the Wisconsin were cut a little too thick for your our liking. The edamame was over salted. The gyoza was cooked perfect and the spicy sesame was fantastic! We’ll be back to give it another try!3*** = Good but no separation from similar restaurants4**** = Set themselves a part and their food is different and I want to go back.5*****= You have to go out of your way and make a special trip to try the deliciousness that is there!
First time here, the restaurant itself was dead still gave it a chance because the reviews looked promising. Service is honestly what ruined it for me. Our waitress was very cold she wasnt rude but not nice either if that makes sense. Then walked in some regulars and her whole attitude shifted. (Only towards them) She was super smiley and sweet talking about her dogs to them and just super talkative. I tried not to take it to heart because obviously they are regulars but then for the rest of our visit she only came to drop off our food never asked if there was anything else she could get us or even ask if we wanted a refill nothing. But she sure was chatty with her friends. Anyways food was good, presentation was nice just wish I had an inviting server. Normally I wouldn’t even care or complain but it’s hard to dismiss when there is only 2 tables and one of them is getting the royal treatment. The least she could have done was gave us 1/4 the energy she was giving to the other table.
Fast Service!! The ramen was however bland and tasted only like cabbage. The portion was large which was nice! however the chicken in the ramen was unseasoned and the broth wasn’t up to par.
I am soooo sad! This was our favorite place to eat. Went in tonight and did not recognize one person. Waited 40 minutes for an order called in 45 minutes before I arrived. Had to ask that my order be remade because part of it had been sitting on the counter for over half an hour. Got my order and it was absolutely awful and not correct. People working there seemed lost and apparently did not even know how to make the items on the menu because they were not correct. Also not following their own COVID restrictions or even basic food prep guidelines. I could just cry.....
Fresh sushi! Yummy rolls named by states. Good Saki bombers. Customer service is always good.
Food delicious. Miso soup the best we've had by far. Sushi was bomb! Service was good for having 1 girl doing all the work.
I was in town to visit my family and we were all craving Sushi, this place has a little bit of everything for everyone. Definitely recommend it and we'll be coming back too! 10/10 Friendly staff and delicious food above all!!!
This looks so pleasing to look at, I ate the sesame chicken bento box yesterday! Not only did it look inviting to eat, it really warmed me up since it was pretty chilly outside! The tempura had such a delicate but satisfying crunch to it. The chicken wasn't dry at all and had a lot of flavor, good crunch too!I recommend dining in if you're considering!
