Don't come here expecting instant service. This place is ran by one, yes one, master sushi preparer. And she does the best to deliver the absolute freshest, most delicious sushi you can get from a little hole in the wall. Best sushi in the area hands down.
Small local business I've been coming here for over 5 years. Located in a strip mall. Fey the owner is super friendly and when you get to know her will treat you like family.The Salmon collar is my favorite menu item comes with salad and dressing. Absolutely delicious.Be prepared to wait a bit they are short staffed but worth while.As you wait for your service you will notice all the repeat customers that Fey knows by name. The menu is extensive so should find something for everyone in your party. Highly recommend having Sushi Catcher become part of your sushi destinations.
Always delicious food when I go there. Freshen on the spot. The lady that does all the preparing and cooking is super sweet and such an awesome person. 10 of the 10 will always go there when I'm craving sushi. Thank you so much!
This was our first time having sushi here in AZ. My husband found this place and said it had good reviews. Well, I got dressed and ready for a nice dinner out on a Friday night!We love sushi and are from WI. My last WI sushi was not great and when we drove in to the parking lot of Sushi Catcher I had misgivings…it is in a little strip mall as many are, but when we walked in I wanted to turn around and try somewhere else. However, I took a deep breath and decided to try it as we have found a lot of hidden gems in our travels….well Sushi Catcher did NOT disappoint!!! It seriously is a DIAMOND IN THE RUFF!!! The Sushi Burrito was our first roll and it was amazing as were the next 2 rolls we got. Fresh and great flavor. Our waitress was the owner, bartender and cook. She does an amazing job! A local customer talked to us and says it is his favorite place for sushi and comes almost every week. Don’t judge the book by the cover. If you want great sushi, try it, but it isn’t a fancy place! Just great food!!
Fey is an amazing chef, her spicy sauce for ramen is one of the best things I’ve ever tried before.
The food here is extremely delicious! Best sushi and ramen in town! Definitely recommend this restaurant it is small and cozy, the wait time is a bit longer than usual but I have to say it is absolutely worth the wait! Sushi catcher is amazing, we will definitely be permanent customers and visit frequently!

The Chimichanga roll is my favorite. The owner knows us when we visit. She is always polite to us. The only con is she takes quite a bit of time to prepare the rolls. She always has Gyza's ready for our toddler daughter first to keep her occupied lol My favorite sushi spot in the Valley! ???
