This Subway #12355-0 in Glendale has horrible customer restroom rules. I needed to use the restroom really bad before I order my food. They told me I had to purchase a meal first because the "restroom code" will be in my receipt. So I had to order a quick meal I didnt want just to use the restroom. They said its the owners rule. Shame on you owner! You order a meal just to use the restroom too see how it feels. This Subway is worst than all the Circle K's. This place has alot of bad reviews. Horrible owners and they treat their own staff bad. Im "NEVER" coming back here...
the small woman who is the owner is very rude to her customers and treats her employees very poorly. I watched her yell and slam ingredients on my sandwich because the young boy made a minor mistake. I felt very uncomfortable. They don’t carry most things all other Subways do there is no point wasting your time and money here. No wonder this place keeps switching owners every few years. My sandwich tasted horrible and the chicken was still cold in the middle. The vegetables were soggy and not fresh at all.
Walked in and nobody was there waited for over 5 minutes,rang the bells and still nothing then the worker comes in and said sorry i ran to gamestop real quick, absolutely horrible,i was a restaurant manager for over 8 years and this would never be allowed and to top it off she didnt even offer a free drink for the compensation i paid for it and will not ever be going back to this location ever and will tell everyone about this experiece
My experience at this Subway location was very poor. I am very disappointed in the customer service that they have at this location. I walked in and asked "hey can my 3-year-old daughter use your bathroom please because she really has to really go?" she is three and she's obviously showing that she's holding herself and she's crossing her legs. I asked nicely three times. I told them I have plans to order three meals. I'm not just coming in here to use your bathroom. I'm here to order dinner for my family of 7.This employee tried saying no I had to.ordee the sub for the code and in the past this has never been an issue. I am very disappointed in how this employee handled this situation.I will never order from this subway location again.
I understand the need to be a paying customer to use the restroom. I even offered to buy a bag of chips. However, it’s absurd that the person working the counter can set “minimum requirements” for how much a purchase should be in able to use the bathroom. Unbelievable
I walked in for lunch at 12:22 on 11/7/2021 and there was one person in there. And the older gentlemen was trying to use a coupon. They wouldn't let him. So the guy working called the boss. She was so LOUD you could hear her yelling on the phone. Telling the staff member we was going to have to pay for it because it was already made. And she just kept yelling not fixing the problem so we walked OUT ! Way to treat your staff. So you lost 3 sale mine the one with me and the guy with the coupon. I hope the guy working there finds a place that he doesn't get treated like a DOG !
I was in for lunch today and Amir helped me with my order. I was greeted, and thoroughly listened to when placing my order. Amir had wonderful customer service skills and is definitely an asset to subway and this location! Thank you for your kindness today.
I tried really hard to put my life back together and the owner of this subway was the rudest to me when I went in for an interview. 5+ years previous management experience across multiple subways. Thank for I don’t ever have to work foodservice again I worked my way up to 50k a year in a different industry. I hear subway is now a dying breed, I dodged a bullet with this one. ✌? didn’t need you either I guess.
This Subway has gone down hill ever since that chick took over from Jason. She has customer service skills of a toddler and shes probably poketing on the side with their half portioned subs and wraps. I got a southwest steak and cheese wrap that was the size of a QT taquito. Safe to say i will be reporting this store to their Corporate Offices...
We have had sandwiches from this location in the past and they have always been good. The lady we spoke to was nice. This specific trip we were going to try out a new sandwich that they were promoting. All promotions online said it was a free 6 inch sub. When I went in, they said they were only doing buy one get one. Not sure if different locations get to choose the promotions they run but we ended up going to a different store where they were running the promotion. There was also a sign saying they don't accept one of the coupons that comes in the mail. Just be aware and call ahead if you are planning to use a coupon or promotion. Otherwise, good location.
